Jeff was excellent. Called for a refrigerator repair and he came the next day. Was honest and told us all that was needed was a cleaning of the fan, as it was filled with pet hair and dust.
He said that cleaning should work, and to try that before installing a new fan. Visit, diagnosis, and fan cleaning was very reasonable price. Saved us from buying a fan we didn't need or a new refrigerator. Highly recommend.

I requested service from this company and was told I would receive a call back. This never happened. I called again and was again told the same. It never happened. I sent an email with a detailed request and pictures. No response. Very disappointing as he happened to be a friend of a friend. Dont bother calling.

Called to schedule an estimate. Asked very simple questions (nothing about how to make repairs or what parts I needed) but the gentleman on the phone was very evasive. Once I explained to him the condition of the appliance he asked if I just wanted to junk it which made it sound like it was not repairable but when I asked if that’s what he meant he gave me an attitude and said couldn’t tell me.
They are not interested in helping just interested in making the $55 estimate fee.

Contacted this company for repair. They stated they were coming and gave us a time frame and never showed up. We had to call to find out what happened and were told they got stuck at another job. Appointment was rescheduled and the person didn’t showed up or called.

When you call the person that picks up is extreme disrespectful. He will fight with you and talk over you when you are telling him the issue. He even asked if we are financially stable to pay for the service. Very disrespectful!!!!! Do not call!

If i could leave one star I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I called to get my oven fix and the guy who answered was so DISRESPECTFUL. He first would ask for name and address and would talk over you when you would be dictating the address to him. He even screamed at my mom when explaining where we lived. When explaining the issue of the oven he basically talked over us. When asking for the price of the service he asked if we are financially able to pay for it, who asks that? He later said the appointment date and hung up. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. We were gonna use the service but after that call

Called 11:00am for service he asked to text details we did and he texted appointment for 1-3pm. We waited and waited 3pm came and went we texted 3:40pm no answer no response even at 5:28pm still no word from him.... we have contacted another company which if we would have known probably could have come out same day. Very unprofessional service won't ever call again! I would not have left this review had he had just told us he didn't want the job and left us waiting all this time...

Customers service was short sited and quick to get you off phone. They sent an 80yr old repair man who took several hours to even find my Neighborhood. Rescheduled next day and the guy took another hour to get to my home even though I was his first stop of day. He got to my home with no parts. He fiddled around for an hour declared he needed parts and never returned. Didn't call or text back. Terrible service; would not recommend.

I called because I had a refrigerator and dishwasher with issues. Jeff was accommodating to fit my schedule. He showed up on time and was personable and professional. He took the time to diagnose the exact problems. Even though the news was not good, Jeff was honest about the issues and advised me about the best plan of action which will save me money in the long run. I will use him again next time I have an appliance break down.

I called this Company to fix a dryer and was told it would cost $39 to diagnose the problem and would not be charged the service fee if I repaired the dryer with him. Jeff came out to my property on time, but was very rude to me and used fowl language with children in the next room. Once he diagnosed the problem, I told him I did not want him doing the repairs. He charged me $55 instead of the $39 that was agreed upon on the phone. I payed him anyway just to get him out of my home. In my personal opinion this is the most unprofessional company. I'm contractor and know i would not stay in business
