I had them come to my house on 3 occasions, the first 2 times it was the same guy, he was a nice older man but had no idea what he was doing.
The first time he said that he ordered 2 pieces, came the second time and only brought 1 piece and said he forget I needed the other piece.
The third time was a different man, he was more professional BUT I just found out he lied and said my machine was fixed. When it clearly wasn’t.
Overall a dishonest, lazy, and disorganized company. If I could give 0 stars I would

Never showed up for an appointment through the warranty company twice and acted like *I* was the crazy one for being upset. "We didn't have a technician available." But never bothered to call and tell me they weren't coming! Been without a washing machine for two weeks now. Asked to speak to someone higher up/manager, they hung up on me. Don't use this company!

I have had to deal with this company on three separate repair issues on an LG refrigerator due to being the company warranty scheduled. (Even after I asked for a diff company)
1st issue- they forgot to even order the parts. Until I called to follow up on when an appointment for the replacement of compressor would be done. (And admitted it to me!! When I was upset, the comment back was “at least I was honest with you.”) Continued to call back as they told me when parts were expected, then tried to schedule my repair weeks out after parts finally received. Two technicians from Ray Appliance Repair came to my house on two separate occasions and neither of them were pleasant. The first technician insisted on constantly interrupting me and asking me how to do his own job along with insisting on standing next to my dog to talk with me, who is clearly aggravated.
The second technician came out to complete the repair but ended up damaging my dryer exhaust tube, not actually connecting it at all and leaving the dryer positioned in a manner that it would block the door.

The technician (young man) had no idea what he was doing! He put a new latch on my dishwasher and I walked around the corner to find him trying to “jam” my dishwasher back in place! He had loosened the front row of ceramic tile on my counter top and scratched both sides of the top of the door. I am just sick. We glued the counter top and I have a scratched up 3 month old $700 plus dishwasher. I’m absolutely sick over it.

They never return calls and never show up very poor customer service alex lies about coming and never comes tells the warranty company that they are coming never show up I would never use them if it was not for warranty company sending them they have had my part 14 days and still have not come to fix my washer they were suppose to come today but forgot part at shop told warranty company that they are only in my area on Tuesday and Thursday but the first time they came out was a Monday

Evidently this is a FAILING company ,19 ratings & ONLY 2 stars out of 5 speaks volumes & the same issues over & over Rude ,undependable, lying, damages, & faulty or NO repairs. Also they are in Kissimmee Fl. which is at least 1 1/2 hours from my location in Fl. but to attempt to stay in business , evidently have gotten on to Choice Home Warranty's provider list which will send them out to prey on trusting home warranty owners, in their desperate bid to bring in customers. This is not the first fly by night screw up business my home warranty company has tried to send out, the last small business

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They are a joke. Took them over a month to fix my fridge. One guy came out and looked at it then ordered wrong part. Took them 3 weeks to get new part then over a week to schedule an appt to fix it. Second guy comes out and I think he fixed it not completely sure yet but while putting in new compressor he burnt my floor and my baking sheet he didn’t ask to use. Like who does that! And then you call and husband calls and I pretty much get called a liar.

LG subcontracted this company to repair a defective door seal on our refrigerator. NO call No show 1st appointment. When we called, they said we were scheduled for another day. Waited 2nd time NO call NO SHOW. Called, waited on hold for 10 minutes to be told "OH, we have you scheduled for another day. Were given appointment times, email confirmations from LG for them to come. Will be either A. returning the refrigerator to best buy, or B. asking LG to send a reputable repair company that can handle customer service.

Mathew and Johny are not lying about their experience with this company. My family is experiencing the same appointment issues with them. We have been with no refrigerator for the last three weeks because they can't seem to keep an appointment nor have Courtesy to call us and let us know they can't make it or to reschedule. For some reason, I was connected with Ray Appliance Repair for an in-warranty repair on a gas range located in Massachusetts. How that happens is beyond me.
First appointment they give me, nobody shows up. I later find out the technician got into a car accident. Alex tells me they will call me back. They don't. I call them back two days later, I speak to another person, they tell me they will give me 48 hours notice of an appointment time. They don't.

3 times these incompetent techs came out for a refrigerator/ freezer that has been cutting in and out and they did nothing to fix the issue. did not even bother to duplicate the issue because the issue can be duplicated. just pure laziness on their part. all they did was come in look at the system and see it's working temporarily and says nothings wrong and leaves. what's the point of paying for a warranty if I have to buy the part and fix it myself. it's a inverter board you're welcome

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service ... one month later after 5 trips to my condo my 4-year old high end refrigerator is still not repaired. scheduling with these people is a NIGHTMARE!!!!! One time they gave me 2-7pm and they showed up at 6:45 pm. One time they gave me first appt at 2 pm but when the serviceman arrived at 4pm he told me he lived 2 hours away!!! Another time serviceman told me he is on his way at 5pm but did not arrive until 6:30 pm!!!!! Frig is still not fixed!!!!! I think this is the only serviceman they have!!!!! Tech came out to repair dryer, he said it was overheating, ducts needed to be cleaned, said they'd charge $140, I said I'd speak to my husband and he left, with dryer still broken. We had ducts cleaned, dryer still broken, called warranty company to send tech back out again, they scheduled Ray Appliance again. Ashley, their customer service rep, needs to find a new job bc she is not good at her one and only job, customer service. She would not send another tech out bc she said we should not have had the ducts cleaned by another company, when i had done only what her tech had told me to
