About thirty-seven years ago, in 1978, I started Pioneer as a residential security and fire alarm company. Our mission remains the same today as it was then: to save lives and property. My parents, David and Claire Feldman, helped me start the business even though they had never been entrepreneurs themselves.

Before my mother passed away she had a medical alert system provided by Pioneer Emergency Response Service. My mother fell a few times and having the device was literally a life saver. Pioneer service was excellent and always responsive. If you have a loved one who is living alone I highly recommend contacting Pioneer for their safety and your peace of mind.
