Alarms Unlimited Professional Security Solutions has a legacy in the alarm business stretching way back to 1947. That was the year my father started his burglar alarm company in Redwood City, California. I worked alongside my father in his business before branching out to gain even greater experience and knowledge in the security industry.
Our staff of highly-trained professionals are ready to respond to any emergency, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Intrusion detection is fully integrated with your entire security system and linked with our professionally-staffed monitoring center in San Diego. Authorities are quickly notified in the event of any unauthorized intrusion.
One unique and powerful aspect of our company is our San Diego-based Security Operations Center (SOC). The SOC includes our own Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed central monitoring station, a data center, and a full training and product evaluation lab. We employ highly trained and professional dispatchers to monitor your life and property 24 hours a day.

I have had two systems put in by Alarms Unlimited. I have nothing but the best regards for them. My installer, on the second system, Jay Simpson, was exceptional. The care and follow-up were unparalleled. We have used several companies in the past and these guys rate at the top. I have had both commercial and residential installed and you wont find a better company. Give them a shot and I think you will be very, very happy! Great company to work with and a five star for sure.

I am extremely happy with the customer service Alarms Unlimited as provided me since becoming a customer over a year ago. One of my sensors on my window had a glitch and triggered my alarm to go off. Alarms unlimited called me right away and set up an appointment to have it checked out. Jay came out to access the problem. Jay has helped me several times and responds quickly to my calls and emails. their service is top notch and i highly recommend using them.

This review is an easy one to write. Alarms Unlimited installed the alarm system for our home. They were fast, efficient, friendly, incredibly fastidious. They also made sure to help determine what would be the right system for us and how we could expand and upgrade at a later point if we wished to. Then they made sure we understood how to use the system and were patient in training us and helping us get adjusted.

We had an issue and needed an upgraded wireless alarm fast and Alarms Unlimited saved the day!
We had an old system with another company and in the process of our carpets being removed, they cut the alarm wires - even though we said again and again - watch the alarm wires! We attempted to get the wireless system with the company that we had used for over 30 years because I believe in being loyal - however after they cancelled our appointment twice I realized that ADT doesn't feel the same about loyal customers.
Since both my sisters have used Alarms Unlimited for years I called them and
