My company had been using their services for well over thirty years without any problems. When our AT&T phone lines were replaced, Alarm Center Group, via iAccess, had to replace a piece of equipment to be able to communicate to our alarm. What they didn't tell us is that we would be leasing this equipment (even though we own our alarm system) and there would be an additional 2 year contract that would automatically renew. After 47 years, we had to close our business. iAccess picked up their equipment within a few minutes and then I received an invoice for $250 as a cancellation fee. What a surprise
