I usually don't complete a review until I experience the service after the sale but since their service department is short on staff and looks like it may be a while so I'll follow up this review with my service experience at a later time. I'll share my buying experience for now.
I've had my fair share of purchasing new and used vehicles over the years and buying from LC Ford has by far been the best experience. Both times I reached out to Pete Clay. Great customer service skills and a down to earth personality. My experience didn't feel scripted and not once did I feel pressured to buy.

The facility is a 4/5. I've been in nicer service areas. It's not bad though. Free coffee is decent. Waiting area is small, but comfortable. In true Appalachian rebel fashion, there is no mask use by any staff during COVID, despite their proximity in this small, high traffic indoor space. The parking lot traffic can be a challenge with one narrow lane in and out.
The service experience was a 4/5. It came down to time. At 1.2 hours for an oil change and inspection it was about 20 minutes longer than I've had at other places. This may be due to covid staffing issues. The staff were helpful, if not

I was very pleased with the service that I received at this dealer today. I went in for a routine service and inspection of my Mustang. It was performed fairly quickly.
The service advisor explained what they had inspected and provided me with a sheet that showed the results of the inspection. He was very personable when interacting with me.

We walked right in and Bentley immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help. He listened to what we were looking for and didn't try and pressure us into getting something that was over our budget. Once the sale went through, he took the time helping to set up the mobile app and explaining some of the wonderful features we could do through the app. He also helped set up important safety features you would want turned on in the event you were in an accident. That was by far the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. We will definitely be going back to purchase more vehicles with

My wife and I came to Lenoir City Ford after speaking with Brittanie over the phone about a promotion they were having on the 2021 Ford Explorer. She greeted us when we arrived and helped us find the perfect Explorer for our family. The entire process went quickly and smoothly and our family LOVES our new Explorer!
