Called for a chimney cleaning and inspection. When they arrived, the chimney was inspected and it didn't need a cleaning, but the outside mortar did need some touch up (which was why I needed service in the first place) Doug and his team were very helpful in getting my chimney repaired. Will use again for the next inspection and maintenance.

Just bought a new house and the seller picked Mr. Sweeps to do work on our chimney. I would not have picked him myself, but he was the cheapest for the seller and now I know why. I’m not debating that he knows about chimneys, and that he doesn’t know what he’s doing, I believe he does. However, if the owner wants to keep this business going and stay credible to fix chimneys, He either needs to do it himself or hire better workers to do the job. They came to fix our chimney the first time, filled in cracks in the mortar. We realized they had forgotten apart of it that needed to be fixed. We

They showed up on time, but, the tech appeared to be on something, not to mention he wasn't wearing any kind of identifying work clothes. I have it all on my Ring Doorbell Video. The owner Doug accused me of video taping his tech without his knowledge, but everyone knows, Ring Doorbell's are motion activated. To start, he blew snot out of his nose into my porch bushes and was acting like he was in a big hurry and acting very sketchy.
