Our mission is to provide the highest quality, personalized customer service experience possible to the Central Valley and Bay Area while maintaining competitive prices. We strive to make Moore Quality the last pest control call you'll ever make. Christopher Moore started Moore Quality Pest Control in 2008 after having worked in the pest industry on and off since 1998.
Our pest control services are based out of Tracy and our licensed technicians travel throughout San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, and Contra Costa Counties. There are never any surprises with our services or billing. We set up a show and tell booth at the June Mountain House Kite Festival, held at Central Community Park. Chris Moore brought out several types of bugs, including a tarantula. Parents and children came to see the bugs as Chris explained what each was to those present. Chris also brought along his son, Josh Moore, to help out at the booth as well.

I have been asking Josh to pass by since October 2021 and request to service something in the Garage. The Mousetraps he had planted earlier to check it out and see if there are any mice residues in the Garage. Also, he just hops in for 10 minutes sprays and leaves. We have bugs afterwards and I have to buy seperate pest control spray for that. These folks charges $43 and above for a months charge and the work duration is just 10 minutes and also if you need them, Josh will answer at his own pace and sometimes not answer at all. Very frustrated with the service.

I love this company! Not only have all our pest issues been solved, the company is friendly, down to earth and really does provide excellent customer service. Always courtesy calls to ensure you are ready for your service and always asking if there are any particular issues you would like handled. We are the type that don't want to see a single bug especially when paying for this type of service and Moore Quality Pest Control has made this a reality. Competitive pricing and flexible schedules. They will come back when they were not invited to. And they will get upset when you do not allow them to spray. The owner is extremely aggressive and will go out of his way to visit your company/home and yell at you and your employees for not allowing them to spray when they were never asked to come back in first place! If you want a schedule, set one up rather than making your own and randomly guessing when is the right time to spray. Very unorgionized and was charged a couple times for both our facilities when they only did one. Would avoid.

My contract is almost up with Moore Pest Control and I could not be more relieved. This company is the most disorganized and negligent. When I set up the first appointment they did inform me to have everyone out of the house for at least an hour after spraying, I made it a point to take my kids to the fair that day as my In-Laws waited at home to let the technician in the home. An hour after the scheduled appointment time my mother in-law calls me saying they never even showed up, No call No show on the first day. I get a hold of Chris "who apparently runs the office" and he has zero explanation

Man where do I start Chris and josh make a great team! Called chris to have him come out to get my house taken care of because I had bad experience with other companies. Josh came out and really knew what he was talking about and doing. His work ethic compared to the other companies I have hired was a night and day difference. I am definitely glad I had them come out. Not to mention after my first service I declined the inside service, saw some spiders inside called them and they came right out no hesitation!!! I would definitely recommend using their services around your home or business.

Second time I've used them! Hands down the best pest company I have ever worked with. Chris is super nice. I needed someone to come out day of and see what was going on in my attic. He made it happen. He has 2 Joshes that work for him and both are super nice, on time and informative. Josh came out inspected came out and told me exactly what the plan was. He gave me suggestions also on what to fix. I'm so happy with how they do business that I'm signing up for their contract for preventative services! Keep doing what your doing guys! You guys are great!

If you find yourself in need of an Exterminator, you want the "problem" taken care of RIGHT AWAY. I super appreciated the job being done quickly.
He get the job done and not only rid my yard of palmetto/oriental bugs (so gross. Look like huge cockroaches) and just recently killed an adult gopher that was tearing up my yard.
Landscaping is expensive and nobody wants to replace plants and it see their lawn torn up by a crafty burrowing animal.

Josh came out to my home today for the 1st time and unfortunately I was unable to meet him since I just came home this morning from having surgery. My husband advised me that Josh was great! It’s a mom and pop shop which we like to support! When I called to inquire about service I had spoke to Chris and I thought he was great! I got a real good feeling about this company. I use to hire and fire vendors for home warranty companies and this is the type of customer service that is needed in this type of industry! This company is awesome! I called and had service set up quickly. They were very informative about the product and services. My dog wasn't harmed by the products and I haven't seen a single spider or bug since they came out.
I also no longer have to step over the black widow to get in and out of the house!!!

They were very responsive! They explained everything to me how it works (controlling the pests) as well as the chemicals they use especially that I have a baby. They assured me that everything will be fine and not to worry. Truly, that's what I felt after they did their work. I am glad that I called them! So far, I have not seen live cockroaches and spiders, only dead ones.

We purchased our new home in Tracy in July. It had been sitting unoccupied for quite sometime and had a bit of a spider issue. I initially called Moore for a one time service to help get the issue under control. A week after we moved in we had an ant infestation and they came and sprayed again since we were within our month window. All was good for about a month and then we had more ants. After talking things over, we decided to go ahead and sign up for the every other month service.
I am so glad we did! Josh and Chris have always been quick to respond to my calls and texts and super friendly

Best Pest Control company around Tracy/Mountain House. Friendly, always call a day ahead to give you an arrival window and making sure every issue is being addressed while they are at your home.
My son has a nice size playhouse in the yard and they cleaned up his house from the spider webs and beehives when they see it plus spray it to assure his playhouse is as protecred as the main house.
I like their follow-up call a few weeks later as well as their free retreat of the house if needed.
Highly recommend this company.

I just called and got a recording. I will write a review after the Black Widows are gone. They came recommended by our real estate agent. So did the home inspector and we saw nothing in report. I am generally more concerned with black widows than termites. I question inspection. We paid $300 for that. Maybe they need to pay for exterminator. They get 5 stars for now.
