Brian has been amazing to deal with. He helped us correct mistakes another alarm company made and even helped us upgrade our system so that we have top notch security at two different businesses. Monitoring fees are very reasonable and he is always helpful. We will be installing a third system at another location once renovations are done. Can’t recommend Shield Alarm Systems enough!

This company is more than top-notch. All their equipment is state of the art. The did not rush through the job. They covered every inch of my house. The system is easy enough to understand. The system has an amazing amount of options, if you are a tekkie. If not, you are still covered 200%. The system has an in-home hook up to the fire department. You are also hooked up to the police and 911. I am so glad that a retired police officer recommended Shield. I will be with them as long as I am in the house. I interviewed other companies. Shield Alarm systems has been a great company to work with. They explain everything perfectly and are very responsive to any questions at anytime and have impeccable service.
