We recently moved our company from Doyle to Sonitrol, we have been very pleased with response times from the center, as well as very impressed with Mr Engels(one of the engineers on the project)Knowledge and expertise, Mr Miles our Account representative has been nothing but attentive and responsive since day one. If we have any issue the turn around time for a tech out to the site was less then 24 hours. We thus far have been please with access control system, and intrusion at this point. I would recommend them for small & enterprise business solutions.

The technician support has been extremely helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with the service either on the phone, by email or on site. I serve as the leasing director of an apartment complex who has unfortunately and regrettably spent thousands of dollars with this company for security cameras. The cameras go out multiple times per week, do not offer the coverage or quality that was promised, and there is never anyone within the company who is willing to help resolve these issues. We would not recommend that anyone uses this company for their security needs. We are beyond disappointed and feel robbed. Beware of Sonitrol Security they are a total rip off.
