After dealing with a subpar security system from ADT (which we paid Astronomical prices for) ADT decided to tell us our 9 MONTH OLD system was out dated and we needed to buy new simply because we moved 2 towns over??? Needless to say we dropped ADT and decided to do our research for the best possible security system and company we could find without compromising quality or breaking the bank. This is when we found Jeffrey! From start to finish Jeffrey at Affordable Security Systems was a joy to work with! His response time was also very impressive! We have had a system from Affordable Security since 2000. We have had exceptional service from Jeffrey over the years. We just updated the system to new the technology which automates our home and gives us additional peace of mind while traveling. The new touchscreen control panel and app on our mobile devices is very user friendly. Jeffrey has always been responsive to questions and resolves them promptly. He did not try to sell us more than we needed with the upgrade which we appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a system. You simply can not beat his personalized service

We had been with a large alarm company for decades, and became increasingly dissatisfied with the customer service. We switched our home over to Affordable and were so happy with the end result that we switched over our business six months later. They are reliable, ethical, and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Pricing is competitive and they will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. We are very satisfied.

We've used Affordable Security Systems for about a year. While the subscription, as the name suggests, is affordable, I'm most happy about the fact that Jeffrey is extremely responsive and helpful when I have a question or need an issue addressed -- via phone or text message. For instance, I recently had an issue with one of the door sensors. The sensor was quite old, and it worked well, until it didn't. It gave a couple of false alarms, indicating that a door was open when it clearly wasn't. Jeffrey was able to come in the evening and implement a simple solution to the problem.

Jeff and his crew are top notch. I have never had one issue with my system in over 10 years with the exception of needing a new back up battery. Calls are answered within seconds of the system being tripped and police are dispatched right away. Prices are fantastic and have not gone up for years, which is more than I can say about when I was with ADT. I highly recommend Affordable Security.

Jeff advised us on the best surveillance system for our property and at the same time brought our security system up to date. We are able to remotely monitor our home video cameras; arm and disarm our security system, lighting and open our garage door for deliveries. He made sure the installation went smooth and made that we were up to speed with understanding and operating all the features. Very satisfied with the peace of mind the system gives us and Jeff’s help and patience.

We had an extremely positive experience. First and foremost the system itself is top notch - a vast improvement over our last house with a system from a competitor that was less than impressive. And the service is incredible. We don’t have to deal with being put on hold and hoping we have a decent representative pick up the phone. We always work with the same person and he’s professional, kind, reliable, and pleasant to work with. The pricing far outweighs others (we have done our homework) and what you get for the money is just outstanding. Highly recommend!
