Ken saved our day and our real estate closing today. At the early morning walk through we found the boiler was not running and closing was at 1PM By 11AM Ken was there, boiler fixed, happy buyers and sellers. I am a care giver of a NOW 93 year old parent. On a Saturday of November 24, 2018 Mr. Kalke came to our home for a seized heat inducer. The failure began on the prior early Friday evening. Ken was the first to respond to my messages left to several technicians early the following AM of that Saturday morning for a failed heat inducer. So I went forth with him.

I'm an HVAC/R Service Technician of which while I was out of work recently recovering from having my Left Hip Replacement, I decided to have Total Comfort do our NYSERDA Assessment. I know there's a couple of shady Companies out there of which will try and sell you, the customer, things you'll not need etc.
Total Comfort does not fall into that category. Total Comfort is owned by Ken Kalke he portrays himself with showing that he Honestly Cares while promoting Outstanding Leadership Skills, and the Companies Business Ethics are Spot On. We had Total Comfort do our NYSERDA Assessment
