Jason is a very knowledgeable HVAC tech! He was able to make it out to service my boiler heating system a day prior to our original appointment. Instead of a full pump replacement, Jason, was able to identify the issue and replace two parts on the pump. He saved me hundreds or dollars and plenty of time with this repair. I will be using Next Gen for all my HVAC needs!

I needed to replace a PTAC unit in my condo, as the current one just quit on me. I contacted NextGen, because they were referred to me. I also contacted a couple other contractors for pricing and availability. Currently these units are very difficult to find and if you find one, they're expensive. Lindsay and Jason were the most engaged with my situation and acted very professionally. Jason provided a written quote to me at 8:15pm the same day he came out to evaluate the situation. He had the best price and also the soonest installation date. I'm very happy with the service and quality of work

What a great experience. I had NextGen come over for fall cleaning and Jason took a look at our boiler and unique heating system. We have had multiple companies (large and small) walk through and tell me we were fine, but he was able to diagnose and properly propose a solution for the heating of my basement as well!

Jason is very responsive, honest, knowledgeable and nice. Every time that I call for new service, he shows up within 24 hours. Jason helped install and troubleshoot a new thermostat, handled furnace repairs and the installation of a new humidifier. With the excellent customer service that he offers coupled with competitive quotes, I can't recommend anyone better for the job. It's nice to meet people that are passionate about their jobs. Highly recommend Jason with Next Gen Mechanical. He provided a repair to our furnace through our home warranty and then came back to check in on a different issue. He was prompt in his ability to get the work done and did a good job, so we asked him to clean the furnace as well. He is reasonably priced, honest and fair. I’m glad we found someone who doesn’t just look at his customers as another number, but takes interest in the issues he is helping fix and wants to follow up and know that the problem is solved. Glad we found a furnace guy we can rely on.

Super impressed with how informative and knowledgable Jason is. So far I've used NextGen twice and both times he was able to resolve the issue quickly and affordably. Jason values a customer relationship over price gouging.

Great company to work with for any of your HVAC needs. I've worked with Jason a couple of times now. Very prompt & courteous. He was able to help me keep an older heating unit going for a while and then installed a brand new furnace for me this past winter for a fair price & had everything done cleanly in one day! I've since referred my parents & a co-worker of mine and they both had great things to say about the service they received.
