I was able to book a re-key day before, technician was supposed to come between 11 and 12. After 12 I called and he showed up about 20 minutes later so that was nice, didn't have to wait much longer. He was a nice guy, did the job well and was quick. We double checked all the doors together. I would highly recommend this company for a re-key. They get the job done!

I called Joel when my front door handle broke, and I could not get into my house. He squeezed me into his schedule since I was stranded outside and didn't even have my car keys with me. He also utilized the second door handle on my stationary door and secured the broken one on the stationary door so that I did not have to purchase a new one. He went over the top to provide great service at a more than fair price. He was one of the best service providers that I have ever used.

Moving and lost keys to storage unit.called lock pro and arranged to meet at 11 at unit.got uhaul truck and waited for 1hr and he never showed up when we got him he said 1 hr longer.so we canceled and called quick lock and Joel called us back right away.said 30 min . then called when he was 5 min away.what a pro. I found this company online and David the technician who was very professional got to where I was at McDonald's parking lot in 15 minutes and made a new key in about 30 minutes so for that I Thank you ! I am very very grateful. My key looks and works just like the ones you obtain from the car dealers. Therefore I give five stars and I recommend this Locksmith 100% ...I will definitely use their services again

At first I was a little worried. The locksmith technician that was sent to me was probably 24 or under. He seemed so young! But I was completely wrong about him. Of course, David is the owner/operator of everything so I called to make sure everything was okay. It was.
A funny side note to all of this is that I sent a picture of the doorknob/lock mechanism which was a push button code lock, mechanical as well as battery and I sent this pic along with my locksmith request to 12 different locksmiths in the coachella valley area, (through Yelp). My experience with David was excellent , I called 11pm at night when one of my cars was stuck at second floor on top of a tow truck carrier delivered from NY and the car didn't have any battery with MISSING KEY.
David Arrived quick 10-15 mins and opened my Lexus with a few seconds!! i was surprised , he was able to make me a key on the spot .
