Fantastic! We needed service as our lock was broken. We contacted B Ok, and they communicated with us from start to finish. They were hand on! Felipe came and repaired our lock. It was not an easy job. I have not seen a person like Felipe, take this much pride in his work, and in serving the customer. He genuinely cared, did not try to up sell us, and was fair in price.

So impressed! The entire experience, from booking the house call, their confirmation, and an on-time arrival with mask! Isaac is the best and we had 8 doors in a variety of needs, re-keying, installation, keypads, making sure they are easy to open, and so much more.

Above and beyond! I called after having a disastrous attempt at trying to replace some locks in our new house myself. I finally called the experts and B-OK was here within a few hours. The two techs worked quickly at rekeying and installing locks on three doors, and even installed a smart lock after I sprung that on them too. Next time I need a locksmith, I'll be calling B-OK from the start!

A+++ a great experience with this locksmith. I was having issues with a door and spoke to Janel several days before the actual appointment. She asked me to text photos of the lock in question just so that they would be prepared as I told them I needed it fixed same day. The morning of my appointment, I was given a courtesy call while B OK was on their way, a super nice young man named Isaac. He fixed my lock in no time flat and explained the problem as to why the lock hadn’t been catching. After a few days of looking for our last key to our vehicle, we decided to call B-OK Locksmith to find out what the process would take to get a new key made without a key to copy from. The lady who answered the call was very professional and helpful in guiding me through the process.
