They don't do anything, just skim a few leaves out and call it done. They've been supposedly "maintaining" the pool at our building for the past year at least, but it's as green and slimy and full of crud as it was when I moved in. Complete waste of money as the pool is unusable unless you like green, slimy ponds.

Kirk is completely unprofessional. He cleaned our pool for a few years. Anything beyond the most basic cleaning was beyond his skill, but we resigned ourselves to outsourcing pool tasks that he couldn't manage. That was bad enough, but it got worse; we took a lengthy trip, which he knew about, and he decided to quit with no notice the day after we left. When we returned four weeks later, the pool was very green and in terrible shape. Fortunately, we've replaced Kirk with someone who really knows what he is doing.
