Needed a 30 natural gas water heater with no blanket to fit my 17” tight utility closet for my job. I needed it in Riverside which was closer to my job. Unfortunately that morning Riverside locations power went out. No worries though called Lenexa told them I could get a hold of Riverside not sure why and they made sure I had what I needed headed on the morning truck to Riverside. Later that day Riverside delivered it to my job. You talk about service! This is why I spend more than 100,000 grand a year with them versus those fools from Ferguson who Is the preferred supplier my job would like

After scouring the internet and other stores for parts to couple my old plumbing to a new water heater, I went to another plumbing store who couldn't help me but sent me to RW&CO, nonetheless. I went to the RW&CO on Wornall. Wow! This was the place to go and I shall continue to go here first for all my plumbing parts. They had the oddball parts I needed. I recently had to replace a leaky vacuum breaker that had turned itself into a lawn sprinkler and was referred to this location by a plumber friend. Brandy helped me find just what I needed by hunting down the correct part in a discontinued freeze proof faucet. She and the rest of the gang are helpful, knowledgeable and pretty much just top notch. The warehouse is vast too, with plenty of residential and commercial supplies.
