Andy discovered his passion for plumbing when a high school sweetheart's father got him his first plumbing job. Since that day Andy has focused on what he believes is the most important characteristic that someone serving others should have: honesty. He believes that you can't teach someone to be honest.
Chad started his "summer job" in plumbing and construction in 1994 after he graduated college. He needed a job, and his father knew a man in the industry. What Chad did not realize was how rewarding this industry would be when helping people. When he arrives at a job site, the first thing he does is assess the situation.
With dreams of traveling, he joined the Army furthering his education and trade. Don's first assignment was in Kansas. But, his dreams of traveling soon took off. He worked as a plumber with the Army and witnessed world-changing events, from the fall of the Berlin Wall to Desert Storm. Don feels the best part about plumbing is helping people.

So impressed with the professionalism of the technician who came out to help me with my clogged drain. He even took the time to educate me on how to avoid the same problem in the future and gave me quotes for different options. And the person answering the phone is super kind and patient - taking the time to kindly explain the invoice and reassure me when I didn’t take the time to read it carefully and called up in a panic. Great company with excellent service all around.

Chad and Victor showed up on time and were both incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They had no problem answering my endless stream of questions with a smile. I am utterly impressed with Colton and Andy's pipe Dream company! It is beyond rare these days to find someone who loves their job enough to put themselves in your shoes and give you the attention to service you are crossing your fingers hoping to get. Colton is officially our plumbing guy! He was kind, he listened to everything I had to say to all the different types of attempts we tried ourselves to unclog the beast and took all of it into consideration when planning his plan of action. Had a couple of clogged sinks- Kitchen and bathroom.
Set up an appointment with Andy's via the Yelp app, and sure enough, within in the designated time frame the following business day, they showed up, handled the clogs, and were on their way.
The techs were personable and knowledgeable and most importantly, considerate of time.
They cleaned up afterwards and we didn't have any messes to handle after they left.
Definitely recommended.

I have had an issue with the storm drain outside of my house that was backing up and I avoided fixing it for years. I kept it limping along, until one day I couldn’t. I tried to have them root it out, but it was too far gone. I asked the staff member what I could do and he provided with a couple options. Then they took the amount of money I spent… on my earlier repair and applied it to my new repair. Came into my house during the covid thing...Masks, gloves, cleaned everything....I am smiling. Outside faucet / pipe froze and broke during the winter and needed to be replaced; also, kitchen sink was clogged and even commercial grade Drano wouldn't take care of it when I tried that.
It went extremely well. Stuart had to go through the outside wall to the wall in our home theater to avoid damaging the stucco. The targeted area on the inside happened to be behind our 9 ft wide home theater screen, but it went like clockwork once he measured the outside and inside walls. It would have been a disaster if I had even thought about "trying" to do it myself. I would have missed

This was the second time we've used Andy's Pipe Dream recently. This time we had Stu come out to replace a failed shutoff valve for the dishwasher. I had thought about doing it myself, but I was very glad we had Stu on the case when things snowballed a bit and we needed other work done as well. As in our earlier service, Stu was very good -- quality work, and very informative as to what he found, and what our options were. Top notch service!

Can't say enough good things! I called to schedule a same day appointment. Andy answered and had a 4:00-6:00 appointment window available. I was busy until 4:30, but he was happy to schedule for after 4:30.
Don was the plumber who assisted us today. He called to say that he was 10 minutes away. He was literally 10 minutes to the second when he arrived! VERY prompt.
Don was extremely friendly and professional. Offered to help me carry a large package into my home. He also offered suggestions on on what services we needed.
We will definitely be using this company again!

Today I was having some new flooring put in and discovered that the shutoff valve on one of my toilets was not working. I turned off the main and hoped that I could find a plumber who would be available. I searched and called and the owner answered and sensed my urgency and sent Chad. He quickly assessed the need. We reviewed the other two toilets involved and decided to replace another valve. He then did his work thoroughly and quickly. I greatly appreciated them making time for me and for doing their work so well.

Chad was professional and efficient yet still managed to find time to explain things. Communication was great from the initial call until the plumber walked out the door. The fixes were super simple but it was a relief to have someone take care of it because I've been super busy trying to sell my mother's house for her and couldn't face one more task. There were a few other plumbing needs the house had which weren't urgent and Chad explained the options but didn't pressure me. Are you looking for fantastic service, good pricing and the best name for plumbing sevice ever? Andy's Pipe Dream is what you are looking for. I've been using APD for a couple years now. I've had the fix sinks, update some pipe fixtures, install a hot water heater and most recently install a new garbage disposal. Every time they are prompt, offer detailed estimates before doing the work and willing to talk you through all the options. I higly recommend APD for all your plumbing needs.

I called Andy's Pipe Dream early on 12/2/16, they were able to make it out the same day, Impressive. Once the technician got to my home to troubleshoot a leak going to my basement ceiling he said he wasn't sure. Would remove my toilet for $274 or would cut a hole in my wall for $255. These charges were just to TRY and diagnose a cause. I ended up paying the $49 trip charge and sent the technician on his way. Rip Off!
Another plumber (Citadel Piping) came out on Saturday, 12/3/16 and charged me $105, he diagnosed the problem, cut out a small hole in my wall and repaired the copper pipe
