I had two issues on my property, a septic tank on one house that needed pumping, and some wiring, float switch issues on the older house. Even though neither was an emergency, I had an appointment set up for two days after I called, with both crews scheduled to arrive in the same time window so I didn't have to miss two days from work. Mike came out to my house, to respond to a leak in the ceiling of my kitchen. After a short time of diagnosing the problem, he discovered it was my toilet and needed to be replaced. Just a few days later, he was back and quickly replaced my toilet.

I was shocked when I called on a Sunday to leave a message about making an appointment. On the second ring, a genuine person picked up and answered the phone. She quickly made an appointment for me. On the appointed day, I was informed that the plumber was on the way. Within 30 minutes, the plumber appeared, asked about the problem and set to work. Within 30 minutes the problem had been diagnosed, defective part uninstalled, new part installed and everything tested. All O.K.

Recommendation: don't higher, bad customer service. They didn't show up to a scheduled appointment. An appointment that was made 6 days in advance. Didn't even call to reschedule. When I called the office to find out what happened, all I got is attitude, like they are doing me a favor, with an offer to reschedule for next week. If you don't want to be stuck with a plumbing problem for 2 weeks, get another plumber.

Excellent, excellent work! They replaced my water main/service in 1 day and had the holes filled in and concrete poured the next day. While I initially thought the price was high, it was a stellar job well worth the money, done by a group of conscientious folks that were great to deal with. I hate to write bad reviews but these guys just wasted two of my days in a row. Set up an appointment for a 12-4 window yesterday to replace a shower valve. They call me after 3pm to say no one is coming, ask if I can change it to 12-4 today, I say sure. I sit around today, waiting, they call after 2, this time the guy is working on a water heater at another site and ask if I can move it to MONDAY. I tell her, nope, cancel it, you guys wasted two days in a row.

We hired Freedom Plumbers to conduct a septic inspection on a house we were looking to purchase. I received a prompt response to my Yelp inquiry and confirmed the inspection for the next day. Throughout the entire process Ricky and his team was extremely professional and thorough. They found a couple belly's in the piping that needed prompt repair. Ricky worked with Dept of Health to ensure repairs made were up to code. He was able to work with the inspectors to ensure the inspections were done in a timely to ensure it would not delay closing on our new home. I wish I could give 100 stars

Would give 10 stars if I could. After three plumbers from another service came to check out my not-draining bathtub, I was ready to replace the pipes. I scheduled this with the other company. They simply *didn't* show up on the day service was schedule.

I have never really needed a plumber before and didn't know where to start. We had an intermittent foul odor from our sink that I was fed up with so I reached out to Freedom Plumbers vÃa their Yelp consultation request.

My appointment was between 2-4pm to fix a leak in the basement. They called at 3:30pm to say they couldn't come out. I took the afternoon off and they expect me to take another afternoon off because they don't know how to manage their time better. This is not the first time they've handled their schedule poorly.
In a previous job, they kept delaying and delaying their arrival until past the expected timeframe. Because the plumber came late, he did a crappy job in fixing the pipe but by 7pm, we didn't want to argue over the job.

They've had to reschedule the initial visit 4 times now in me so I finally just said no more. They apparently have so much emergency business they don't need other calls. Either the emergency business is with existing clients and the work is faulty enough to cause issue, or they just have so much business they don't really need my business. Either way, not a situation I want to be stuck in.

Initially, very friendly and very helpful. However, since they accidentally connected the main house water line to our hot water line, we have had two promised appointments that they do not show up for. Tried rescheduling again for the 3rd time, hopefully they show up this time.

Cons: Very difficult to reach by phone, pulled the wrong permit, large delays between visits, failed first inspection.
I would use them again, albiet with a bit of hesitation.

Sent a message via Yelp to multiple companies asking for assistance with a plumbing issue. Freedom Plumbers was the first to reply an was able to come to my house within an hour to resolve the issue. Fortunately, the issue was minor an didn't require a lot of work to be done. Freedom Plumbers resolved it and went about there way. Sometimes all you need is a company to show up and get the job done. Freedom Plumbers went above and beyond that expectation. I highly recommend this company!

It was to be a septic field inspection/camera and field lines to be repaired, turned into childcare. There never was a written proposal, The ball was dropped and nothing was repaired. Not good professional ethics abandoning a job leaving a 2 time breast cancer survivor with a disabled daughter. Very very unprofessional.

They were way too pricey for an easy job. I asked them for a discount because it was a 15 minute job and they agreed to reducing their price. They were reasonable about it and the plumber was very knowledgeable and very polite and professional. I just worry it's going to be very expensive to call them for another job in the future.

Came out fast to do what two other plumbing/septic companies could not do or did not prevent. We continued to have flooding in the downstairs bathroom.
David, the salesman discovered our septic problem with his camera and sent some helpers who came out today.
Brandon and Nemo were wonderful. They dug up and opened the top of the tank to find the biggest root system they have ever seen (see pics) and then added an access port so we can get to it easier next time.
I may have to post pics after this review as i dont see the spot here to do it.
Anyway, Good job!

I searched for plumbers on Yelp, found Freedom Plumbers and decided to contact them. The appointment process went perfect, the ladies were helpful and willing to make the experience with Freedom Plumbers as painless as possible. Our plumbers were Joe and Brandon. They were very professional and considerate! They listened to what I had to say about our issue, conducted a quick survey and then proceeded to remedy the problem.
