Every time I called their office the receptionist was always super pleasant to talk to, very friendly, consise, and professional. I called on Monday and was told that I would be put on a waiting list for Tuesday. They had some emergencies pop up on Tuesday which was not a problem for me at all as I received a call immediately at the start of business hours letting me know and confirming a firm date for Wednesday. Come Wednesday David and his partner (who's name I totally forgot to ask, I think it was Wesley) came in and offered immediate solutions to all of our problems for a more than reasonable

Tyriece and Luis amazing. They traveled to us for what turned out to be a simple fix but still at 7:30 on the night before Christmas Eve is commendable and very much appreciated. Karen and Amy from dispatch were equally amazing and worked their magic to get us a tech prior to Monday communicating consistently. Wow what a team!

The team at Beacon Home Services is top notch. They were professional, responsive and communicative from the initial inquiry to the service visit.
As it turned out, to complete the repair I needed parts that are no longer available through the original manufacturer. With the technician's help, I was able to find and order the correct replacement parts online and I'll be able to complete the repair later week. Both the tech and the office staff were extremely professional and gracious throughout the process.

We had used them once before -great job!- but this it was an emergency. Jacob and Ben are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Our problem was straight forward but needed some additional electrical work to keep the home safe. “Was that a problem?” Nope! All equipment that was needed was with them. They worked efficiently-Jacob is a master electrician-and were done in no time.

Wow! I’m glad I called Beacon back. I used them last year for some outlet repair work when we had just bought our house. They impressed me again with their quick response, excellent customer service and superior workmanship. David was in our home for two long days. He worked tirelessly and meticulously. The technician was polite and efficient and performed the tub spout replacement in about 1/2 hour. The work was done cleanly and competently. I was quoted $200 by Home Advisor. The Beacon dispatch said that a tech would come out and provide an onsite estimate for $59 which would be applied to the cost, if I contracted with Beacon. I already had the required part. The estimate was $287.50 just to replace the tub spout...for 1/2 hour of work. I was unhappy. Beacon called me.

Mina is a great customer representative she gave me time patience even though I had a ton of questions. Beacon Home Services was referred to us by another company. We needed to have two outlets in our garage moved for new garage door installation. Beacon was quick to respond and schedule service the same day. Jimmy and John showed up and were professional and explained everything they were doing step by step. We also had them install new outlets for my fish tank and install a new exhaust fan in the master bath. Jimmy and John stayed until the job was completed and completed quality work. There was no sense of them rushing to get the job done or to cut any corners.

Outstanding service. I called midday when I found a leak. They scheduled The technician that day. Ray was the consummate professional. He was fast and knowledgeable. A good part of the customer service exp was the robust communication. I had emails and texts alerting me when Ray was dispatched and he arrived with 10 minutes of the ETA. He arrived early. I would use this company again should I have the need.
