DJ came to my condo to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He was the 3rd person to give me an estimate. He knows his stuff!! He explained what needed to happen and why. He told me what I could keep from the old pipes and valves (helping keep the cost down). He was knowledgeable, down to earth and professional.

Had an issue with the heating ducts falling from our basement ceiling. Turner was quick to the scene and managed the repairs in no time. Even looked at the entire duct system to see where areas that hadn't been impacted might need some help and made some repairs there, too. Quite impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.

Turner's has been my HVAC provider since we purchased our home our in 2016. They have performed significant work in my home from replacing an AC and heating unit, replacing attic insulation and sealing the attic, and routine maintenance of our home systems. My whole house is breathing easier since Turner’s cleaned my dryer vents. The technician, whose name I’m sorry to say I never got, devoted an hour to getting every last iota of lint from my meandering vents.
I’ve had them cleaned before but never this throughly.
Laundry that was taking two or more hours to dry is now finished in 40 minutes!
I’ve recommended them to all my friends and will definitely have them back next year.
