He was extremely cautious to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off. I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well. We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team. We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had. They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit. What a great experience. Darrin and his crew did a fantastic job. They could have replaced what we had, the way it already was and been done. But Instead, they reconfigured duct work and the furnaces for us to get maximum air flow. We couldn't believe the difference.

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. Blocked drain pipe that was supposed to convey water from HVAC drain pan led to several gallons of water pooling beneath the indoor air conditioning unit & flooding the adjacent bathroom. Our son-in-law, an industrial plumber, strongly recommended Randy from Arizona Air Experts, who provided next-day service at 7:30 AM!

These guys were awesome! I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working. I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air. They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break. They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg. I will only be using them in the future.

Got home to find my AC wasn't working, made a quick call and just a few hours later Mr Maneth was here to get us back up and running! Probably the most friendly technician I have ever worked with. He stayed until after 9:15pm just to be sure my family and I could be comfortable tonight.
I can't speak high enough of the service we received, without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone!

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its "gold" standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. I met Caleb several years ago when I rented a house in surprise and he did all the spring checks on my unit.
When I bought my home in 2012 I trusted him so much I had him come to check my AC for me. I use Caleb every year for my spring check ups and any other work that needs to get done that is not covered under my home warranty.
Recently my air went out and he had two portable units he let me borrow them while I waited for the warranty department to get back with me.
Caleb and Misty have always been professional, on time and gone above and beyond for me .

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.
At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working. We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant. All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again.
Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts. Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue. We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.
