This rating is for their scheduling and production.
When they quoted a memorial swing for my late wife, I was quoted a six week delivery and a specific ship date. That date has come, and now I'm told it will be another 3-4 weeks. The production manager pointed out smaller print on my confirmation that said 10 week lead time in addition to the date specific that was promised. I'll rate the product when and if I receive it. The truth on the original quote would have prevented a lot of anger and disappointment on my part.

I am the principal of a large elementary in Washington State. Our PTA ordered a "Buddy Bench" from Premier Polysteel. Long story short the wrong materials were shipped. I contacted Jennifer Willand from PP Jennifer's service was outstanding she was positive and very accommodating.
