From there, he grew up working on 4H woodworking projects, industrial art shows, and state woodworking competitions -where he won 3rd place for a round walnut drop leaf end table.

Rustic hickory wave cutting board. Sometimes the wood tells you what to do. This beautiful rustic hickory had a crack down the middle so I split it apart and used the outside edges to build this gorgeous piece. Measures approx. 15"w x 22"l x 3/4"thick. The same hard maple as the Kitchen Basic except this light edition is 1/2 the thickness which means it weighs less.
