Bought my couch, and received it broken. Talked to a guy to have them send me a new one, which they did fairly quickly. In the process of taking out the broken one they ripped the corner of my counter top off and damaged my front door fairly badly. The movers were inexperienced, sloppy and damaged our stuff without so much as a word. Definitely do not recommend.
