JB Sawmill clears land for building houses, neighborhood and commercial developments, road development, shopping malls, farms and horse stables, subdivisions, wetlands and Title V, backyard expansions, swimming pools and views! We are ready and able to help you in the event of an emergency tree situation.
Overgrown weeds, new saplings, out of control brush that are overtaking your yard can be unsightly and cause your property to look of less value. Retention and Detention ponds are typically installed to control the runoff and erosion caused by new developments like a neighborhood, shopping center, roads or parking lots.
Our firewood is a mixture of local Northern hardwoods. It is of the finest quality and has been specifically cut for use as firewood in a fireplace or stove. Buy in the summer. As winter proceeds there is less and less quality seasoned firewood available as suppliers run out of the seasoned wood they have stored so buy early!.

We’ve been using JB Sawmill the past few years for firewood. We tend to order late in the season and expect that the wood needs to sit and dry out for a while, especially after a wet fall. The wood is always well seasoned and dries well in a Sunny spot. They have always warned us when the wood is wet. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs quick and friendly service and delivery.

I am visiting my daughter and her family in Hopkinton and found myself in need of a log milled to specific dimensions for a project. From Kathy in the JB office (and their yard) to Michael and Nick in the yard, I received friendly courteous attention, excellent service and a great fair price for the work.
We always find folks in Hopkinton very friendly and helpful, but in this case, five stars isn't enough, this place and its people are a wonderful resource and an unusual find right here in town.

Nothing but positive things to saw about JB Sawmill. Kathy is wonderful, super helpful and friendly. David, who delivers, can back a giant truck into the tightest space imaginable. PLUS - the wood is of consistently high quality. I am very grateful I found this company three years ago after using a different wood supplier before, one that misrepresented their wood. If all companies were as upfront, personable, and caring as JB Sawmill, we'd all be better off.

I ordered Firewood from JB Sawmill, they gave me a call before delivery and came on time. The truck did get stuck in my backyard and caused me a serious headache. I have to say even though it was really damaged the owner called me back had loam delivered. I was able to fix the backyard with the loam and repair some other damages. They then followed up with a phone call to make sure everything worked out and held my check until they knew the situation was corrected.
