My utmost apologies to this company. I posted a review that was meant for JT tree service out of Attleboro MA which is apparently permanently closed now. Do not do buisness with the company out of Attleboro. As for this company I have never done buisness or even contacted this company so I have no grounds to review them. I again apologize for any damage this may have done to their reputation as they could quite possibly be a great buisness.

Received a quote from Jeff to have 2 trees removed and some additional branches on some others. Jeff was very professional in getting right back to me with a quote that was far better than the competition in the area.
Jeff let me know the work would begin early in the morning and it is loud in nature and recommended giving my neighbors a heads up so they were not surprised when the loud machines began, I recommend doing this if you plan on having work done.

Got a very fair price for taking down a large oak tree (they mentioned it was rotted at the top) and some other trimming over our property line and in our backyard. They even took the time to reach out to our neighbors to let them know what was going on. Absolutely recommend this tree service!

JT’s crew cleared a great number of trees from my property. They worked for 2.5 days. Initially it’s was agreed that they would remove the chips but when they saw the scope of the work they recommend just distributing them around, saving us a good amount of money. The crew was efficient, skilled, friendly, and polite. One guy got down on his hands and knees to scrub a bit of hydraulic fluid on my drive! Highly recommend them.

JT's Tree Service cut down a neighbor's trees and started at 6 am!! When I went to let them know that this was inappropriate and disrespectful, they started arguing with me!! I wouldn't be writing this review if they had simply apologized and said they would keep it in mind for the future. (I wanted to prevent this kind of disturbance for others.) Be careful, your neighbors will hate you!

Similar to other experiences from frustrated customers. Jeff came out and gave me a price over the phone and never again returned a phone call from me. I was willing to do business with this company but after several failed attempts to get a return phone call I went with someone else who values customer service.

Excellent work! After getting a couple of quotes from other Tree Service companies, I chose to work with JT Tree Service and I do not regret it. His prices were very reasonable, and he and his team did excellent work. They arrived early in the morning and got the job done relatively quickly, and did a nice job with the clean up afterward. Bear in mind that if you request stump grinding, you should do so up front so that you understand the additional costs, and also be prepared that the grindings from the stump are left behind and you will have to clean that part up yourself. I knew this going in

To get your business, very responsive to calls and pricing is reasonable. Paid to have big tree cut and stump grind. They tell you they will not take away grinds and you can use in your mulch beds so you are left with a mound of mulch. I paid them in Cash, I guess that's my fault as now they will not return my weekly calls for 2 months straight now. Since I've cleared out the grinds pile, they didn't fully grind down the stump. There are 5 areas that are above grass level that I cannot mow over it. Also the grinding wasn't deep enough at all and I will never be able to seed with grass to match
