Tip: if you are having issues with your washer, make sure to offer a good description of what's going on. They can usually diagnose it over the phone and save you the trouble of a visit. In my case, they promptly showed up to evaluate, and I very appreciated the technicians honesty about my situation. In the end my only option was to buy a new washer. But it's notable that the technician was kind enough to not charge me for the visit. Thanks for that.

#buyerbeware. Won't hold responsibility for major leak caused by negligence of employee. Tons of money in repairs to come. Business owner as well took responsibility for being negligent but then proceeded to tell us to get a lawyer if we wanted it resolved. They won't be filing an insurance claim because they don't want to be dropped by there carrier. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

I called this office and I found an appointment same day. Technician came to my house to check my LG dryer. He made maintenance and gave to me some advice about it. Now it works properly. Actually they're using CDC guidelines, face mask, social distancing. Call them if you need repair any appliance.

I had a very good experience with them. The fridge broke, I called and they were there the next day promptly. No saving the fridge but did not charge me for the extra work that was done. Yael (the lady in the office) kept me informed and was so understanding and helpful. I do recommend them. When people care and do what they say, it makes all the difference.

. Never in my life had a worst experience when calling for a service. Should have checked the Better Business Bureau companies list before deciding for this one. Through the repair process I noticed Im being highly charged so I ask the owner for receipts to what he answers defensively. At the end of the service I asked for itemized receipts to check what exactly I was paying for so I was met with the threat that they were going to remove the part installed. Even before I asked for written list of service way before the service was done. Apparently he was unable to justify the charges. Ended up

I have to write these guys a review because their customer service is so far superior to other companies I have worked with in Miami. We hired them to repair our clothes dryer and then after that a wine refrigerator. They are fantastic at communicating, they keep you informed about the status of repairs, how far away their technicians are they so you don't have to ask questions because they are keeping you posted every step of the way. My refrigerator had been leaking leaking despite having been been "repaired". Frustrated and eager to have this issue addressed, all it took was one quick phone call. Yael quickly took my concerns seriously and made an appointment for Ariel to come out and fix this problem the next day. MISLEADING COMPANY!! I am so disappointed in the lack of service and customer service provided by this company, specifically Ori. Our refrigerator fan motor was no longer working and had to be replaced. I spoke to Ori several times on the phone today to get a quote and determine how soon they can repair our refrigerator. He was initially helpful on the phone. Ori informed me that if the part is ordered by today (Thursday), it will come tomorrow Friday (not sure of exact time during day), and repair could be done by Saturday, the latest. other companies were telling me they can fix our refrigerator

I don't know where to begin on what a great experience it was to have my mom's fridge repaired!!! In the midst of some what of a stressful situation since it was about 24 hours without the fridge working and that means having to throw away a lot of food, I'm so happy I found this company!! I'm visiting my mom and was happy to be here when this happened. It's no secret they're a lot of scammers in Florida and this Company is NOT one of them!! I'm an HVAC contractor with 13 years experience, but I stop at household appliances. By the way our refrigerator sounded, it sounded like it had a failed bottom main baring on the motor. I fully expected to be told we'd need a new fan motor in the refrigerator. Ori quickly had the refrigerator apart and the blower out- showing it to be covered in ice. Motor was fine.
Our 2 year old leaves the door open for too long too often and causes an icing condition. He scraped the ice off, performed a quick maintaince check and put everything back.
