Our Home Appliance Repair Technicians meet all the qualifications needed to repair your Appliance. When you Schedule an Appointment, A certified technician will come out to your house or place of business and diagnose the issue with your Appliance and tell you exactly what is wrong with it before any repair is done.
We charge $39.95 for the Service call, If you want to do the repair, That will go towards any Parts and Labor. If we don't have the Appliance Part you need to complete the repair on the first trip out to you and we have to order it the turn around time for most Appliance Parts is usually Between 24-48 Hours.
Any Job we do and it involves Changing Parts we have a minimum of 90 Days Parts and Labor Warranty (some Parts up to 1 Year). Sometimes it might be worth fixing and sometimes it might not be worth fixing we cant tell till it is properly diagnosed by a certified appliance Repair technician.

Another repairman told us a year ago he would order a part but didn't know how long it would take. We waited 3 months. He didn't get it or tell us. We ordered a new oven. They lost it--after 7 months. Jacob came, ordered, repaired in 4 days--a day earlier than expected--and saved us $3600!!!! We were thrilled just to bake a potato after a year. What can I say about Jacob? He is responsive, trustworthy, punctual, kind, helpful and an all around good person. He knew what I needed and didn't charge me for a band-aid to fix my refrigerator when he knew it would make more sense financially to just purchase a new one. I called him for my washer/dryer unit and again for my refrigerator. I called and he came the very next day within the window of time he quoted the day prior. Great service, great person, great recommendation. 10 stars.

On 11/18/2020 my husband called. They sent Cesar Cabrera. He changed the speed control on my washing machine and I thought everything was ok so I paid a total of $324.21. Went to use it and it’s doing the same as before LE . My husband called , at first he didn’t answer but my husband kept trying. He finally picked up and said he would be over between 11 and 12. He didn’t show up.My husband called again he explained he did not have the part he would order it. Long story short my machine still is not fixed and he does not return your calls or answer them.I found out he works for another company

I called Jacob at 8am. He came the same day. He charged me $50, which was so very reasonable. Best he was HONEST. He told me that the issue was the compressor which would cost $1,100 to fix.
Here is the kicker. He was the second repair guy to come out. The first guy charged me $95 for the service call. Pushed the refrigerator to see if the loud and abnormal noise would resolve. When that didn't work, he adjusted the leg "for balance." That's it. He didn't move the fridge or open the panel to even troubleshot like Jacob --- yet he charged me $95! Double of what Jacob did and left my house without
