I called few other window folks. I sent them pictures, but they didn't show up for measurements. Mourad showed up the same day, took the measurements etc. The price was good and the work was excellent. I would strongly recommend him for window work. I will also call him for future work.

I recently had to have a cracked window replaced. I contact two other companies and they either missed appointments or never followed up with a quote. Quality Window & Glass Repair was punctual, offered a fair price and provided excellent customer service. They were also very thoughtful by wearing shoe coverings inside the house and would remove when they would go back and forth to the van. This seems like a small thing but it’s the consideration that stands out. Thanks again!

After a storm, one of our windows cracked. After reading the reviews, I contacted Quality Window and Glass Repair. They got back to me immediately. Within 24 hours they came and measured my window, a week later my glass was replaced. Extremely professional, explained every step of the process to me, work was done efficiently and neatly. Without hesitation, I will be calling them (and recommending) again should they need arise!

I had three falling windows with broken balances in my home. I had tried to fix one of them myself earlier and it only got worse. I found Mourad from his stellar reviews in Google. He was prompt to respond and estimate. He asked me to take a picture and gave me a price range which was very affordable. He ordered the parts and showed up on time. He fixed two of the three windows very quickly. The last one, which I had messed up trying to fix myself, had more missing pieces than he initially anticipated.
