All of our products are custom made for your specific sizes, therefore are non-returnable. If you are not a building professional, before ordering any products we strongly encourage you to have a professional measure your sizes. If you are not currently working with a contractor you should at least have a local contractor provide you with an installation estimate so they can at least measure your windows for you.

Once order arrives at distribution center you will be contacted by shipping coordinator who will schedule shipping date & time with you. Order will generally be delivered via special glass box truck from distribution center to your shipping address, this ensures quality delivery of fragile products.

I was unable to get through to anyone on the phone, with the mailbox full message being given every time. However, Bob assured me via email, that they would resolve any issues with the order, should there be any. I took the risk and placed an order, not having any expectations. The window ordered was less than half the price of the local vendors. I received the window in less than 10 days from time of order, and was ecstatic with the result.
