Hiring The Ideal Move was a great decision. They made the process easy from the start. I used FaceTime to walk around the apartment for the estimate, which ended up being spot-on. We had to change the date three times and I was never made to feel high-maintenance. The team arrived early, they were professional and fun and thorough from start to finish. We were in good hands throughout the process, I can’t say enough about the experience!

My experience dealing with Allied, The Ideal Move Ltd was not a pleasant one. After talking to the agent several times to firm up the offer I signed a contract to have them move me to another state. When the day of the move arrived a North American Van Lines (YES, NORTH AMERICAN) arrived to move me to my destination. The North American Van Lines driver was very nice and did a good job making sure everything was cataloged. A day after the 18 wheeler was loaded I was informed that the price had increased approximately 30%. Minds well sign a blank check over to Allied The Ideal Move Ltd and let them

Movers were very friendly, however, upon arriving to my new home, they did not put 90% of the well marked/labeled boxes & items in any of the right rooms, causing me to spend my entire first weekend just putting boxes and furniture in the correct rooms before even attempting to unpack. Additionally, several pieces of furniture were scratched or marked up in some form and every single one of the well-marked fragile boxes were found upside down. Too many damages. Very unprofessional. My belongings were loaded on a Allied Truck. Was assured it would not be moved. Guess what it came in a U Hall truck. Plenty of room for large trucks to delivery. He said it was his Discretion. However, different van lines had no problems.

The office staff who set up my move were friendly and informative. They answered all my questions and help guide me through the moving process. The Ideal Move movers were on time, professional and handled all my furniture with care. They followed all my directions and also made suggestions which was extremely helpful. We interviewed several firms and were impressed with their agent and how she addressed our needs and concerns in moving to another State. The entire process was excellent. Care was given to all items to be shipped, the cost was reasonable and, upon arrival everything was brought directly to our new residence, placed where we wanted it, and everything was in good condition.
