The team at North Indy Fence was great. They came out and measured our yard, worked up plans and helped us go through the homeowner association approval very quickly after contacting them. Most fence companies were quoting 3-5 month wait time for installation. Once we made our down payment, our installation was worked in within three weeks.

We ended up changing measurements and numbers of gates three times on our original estimate. No worries though, Dave with North Indy Fence came to our property multiple times to help figure out the details. The installers were friendly and answered our questions. We will definitely use North Indy Fence in the future!!!

What an enjoyable company to do business with. The people, their industry experience, and approach to business certainly showcases their commitment to customer service and buyer satisfaction. The showroom is definitely a differentiator. Seeing the product quality, the fencing options and latch options before committing to the order helped me make a decision promptly. Scheduling was quicker than expected, installation, blazing fast (300 feet in 1 day), and an easy remote payment process. The post install follow up was a nice touch too. To deliver such an experience during the peak of a pandemic

The guys who installed the fence were amazing. I found them to be very courteous and professional. They were very patient with all my questions and concerns, especially double checking on the exact spot for installation to avoid a drainage area. They also did an excellent job at cleaning up after the installation. Overall, they exceeded my expectations for the project and they were a pleasure to work with!
Also, the office did an outstanding job at helping to get all of the appropriate permits and approvals secured, their help was greatly appreciated, and they were very responsive to my questions

What a great experience working with Daphne and Dave. Just can't say enough positive things. We completed construction on our home in September. They coordinated with us to have the fence installed after closing. Both came out to our home to make sure measurements were accurate as we were dealing with some challenges on the slope of the lot and easement. Everything could not have come out better. We receive so many compliments on the fence. Thank you!! Recommend without reservation.

I HIGHLY recommend North Indy Fence!! They were great to work with from start to finish. I initially got a quote from three different companies for an aluminum fence and driveway gate. The lowest quote (different company) was within my budget, but it was so much lower than the other two that I didn't feel comfortable with the quality I would get at the end. Not to mention that the sales guy asked me multiple times, "Can't your boyfriend do this for you?" (I had not said anything about a boyfriend.) Needless to say, I was so thrilled when a friend referred me to Daphne at North Indy Fence, who listened
