Very disappointed in this company. I see their fences around a lot and really liked what I saw. Unfortunately they are EXTREMELY slow to respond and 3 times in a row got the quote wrong (missed things that were requested). My husband called and tried to get someone else to take are of us (Amanda is horrible) but that didn't happen. From the time I first contacted them until they finally got the quote right was over 2 months. I ended up getting an invoice to pay before I had an accurate quote and even signed a contract. Bullseye just completed our third fence project. That pretty much says it all. I would not call anyone else for new fence or repair on existing.

Every time we need something done it's like we are talking to a brick wall. They promise to call us back and they don't. We made a down payment and were told that someone would call to schedule the installation of our fence in 3 - 6 weeks. Three months later...no call about the install. But, we did get messages telling us to pay our remaining balance! What a joke.
This company's employees make, "passing the buck" an art form. Each time we finally talk to someone we are instructed to talk to someone else. So we do (after repeated phone calls). Then that person tells us to fill out a form online

Our fence looks great once it finally got installed. Unfortunately, we had a less than ideal experience dealing with the company.

We are extremely happy with our aluminum fence. Since we were building a new home, I needed to get a quote so we could schedule construction right after closing. Our HOA doesn't allow wood fences and prefers wrought iron style. Amanda made everything easy and met me at the model home in our community. She went over the options, and a 4-foot black aluminum fence was in our budget. I was able to get a quote emailed to me that I was then able to submit to our HOA. After it was approved, I paid the 25% deposit via an emailed invoice (very convenient!), and we were added to the calendar for November

We are so happy we chose Bullseye. The project manager, Andy, was amazing and came out to stake our lot on a cold and rainy day. He then came out and uncomplainingly moved the fence line when we asked to change the boundary line. He was very diligent about the measurements and was happy to discuss any questions we had. The team that came out to install the fence was quick and efficient. Everything was great.

Michael came out to give us a quote on repairs to our privacy fence and he suggested a new wider gate. The work was done quickly and professionally! When I pointed out a couple concerns , he fixed them pronto!

Bullseye Fence installed our aluminum fence in May. The quality of our fence is good, the estimating process was easy as was paying our deposit and final bill. The reason for 3 stars is twofold: (1) the amount of follow up and negotiating it took to get our fence installed by our deadline that was communicated to them when we selected them and gave our deposit ... 8 1/2 weeks before we moved into our house, and (2) the $600+ of repairs we had to make to our irrigation system following the installation of our fence.

Had to call several time to get quote. Then got promised to visit site. No one showed up or called. Second person called the following daye with a time which did not work for me and promised to call back with new time. And of course never called. This took over week !

Called to get a quote for old fence post removal and an estimate for a new fence and was told “we don’t have time for that.” No explanation, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Take your business elsewhere where it’s actually wanted and where you will be treated with respect as a customer. I know I did!

I used Bullseye to fix or replace the gates of my fence. They were prompt with replying to my inquiry and sending out a person for estimate. The price was fair. They required a deposit and they were 4-6 weeks out from doing the work. They got out the right at about the 6 week mark and the work looks good
They sent me an invoice and I've paid and I am very satisfied.

Two replaced gates and 6 replaced boards - $530.

Outstanding fence company with top of the line products, reliable service, and most importantly great people! I called and talked to Brian with two issues. The first one was the ground settled and one of the gates no longer latches. They are fixing that next week. The second issue was on an automatic gate that they did not install but were very helpful in giving me a company and contact person that could help.

This is an awesome fence company. Very personable and they stand by their work. They have done 2 fences for us and they have been excellent. Right now we live outside of their service area, and they will charge $75 to come and do an estimate for us. It is worth it to have a sturdy quality fence that I don't have to question the integrity of. I think it speaks for itself that we will be a three time repeat customer!
