Bluebird provided us with fantastic service and top quality product. From the sales call through final delivery, Hannah, Jeremy and Will had great attention to detail, listened to our questions and helped create a great experience for us and our many neighbors affected by the work. The craftsmen worked with care and built a beautiful cedar fence that will last for years to come. I highly recommend Bluebird!

Working with Bluebird as a fantastic experience. Having just built a new home it's very overwhelming figuring out permitting and what all needs to be done in order to get a fence installed. Bluebird helped through the entire project and couldn't have been more courteous and professional throughout. The fence was installed in a single day, on time, even with customization and it looks great. Couldn't be happier working with this company and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed!

We have a double lot and a pretty steep grade in the backyard leading up to a retention pond so it was a lot of work. The team that was here worked hard, in the rain, kept our property clean, were professional and great to deal with. There was a 3rd gentleman that came out to do the scallops on it. We had almost 300ft of fencing. The person that scalloped did it all by hand! I didn't realize they had to do it that way. We had a little hiccup because of a tree root and underground cabling, but talked to the Project manager and it was literally fixed the next day without issues or even knowing we

Everyone at Bluebird is professional, responsive and strives for very high quality in product and customer service. I had a great experience right from the first phone call to schedule the sales team to come see my project through the estimate and install. Everything worked as they said it would, when it would and we ended up on time and on budget as planned. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a fence. Everyone was prompt and professional until we paid our deposit. After they had over half of our money, everything went down hill.
Weeks and weeks of delays with various excuses and no answers. When the fence was installed, they had the cheapest possible latches and the fence was uneven. All of our concerns were met with argumentative responses.
When they finally did a semi-respectable install of the fence, they tried to over charge us on our remaining balance, stating that the linear price went up, because we used less fence. When I discussed this discrepancy with the owner, he hung up on me

Quality of the fence was good. However, I never received a copy of the contract; They made it seem like they would be hauling away the excess dirt but they didn’t; They did not clean up after themselves leaving sharp scraps of fencing throughout my yard; They installed the fence incorrectly to where it wasn’t square, but they would not even admit it; and one of the managers even wanted to argue with me about it over the phone without even seeing it in person. Again the fence quality is good, but their professionalism and business handling needs a lot of work.

Initial consultation and getting the process going was pretty good. The night before the install, the team manager came out to mark the yard with final locations for the gates and to mark places not to put posts. After this, installation day was a mess. The crew drilled through a sump line that was obviously there and was shared with the manager the night previous. The install team did not have all the gate locks needed to secure the small gates even though they were potentially ordered a couple of days before. The access gate needed custom fabrication, but was not ready by installation day. So
