This innovative stacking or retractable system uses new technology desgined, developed and extensively tested by Advanced Design Innovations (ADI) in Australia. Now, in joint collaboration with ADI, Louvretec is pleased to announce that this next generation Retractable Roof is now available exclusively through the Australian & NZ Louvretec Dealer Network.
Designed as our flagship Louvretec Opening Roofs system the newly designed Louvretec 200 Super Roof more than lives up to its name. First and foremost are its super spanning capabilities. Overall blade spans are determined by wind zones - typically spans are shorter in highly exposed coastal areas when compared with more densely populated urban spaces.
To complement the Louvretec 200 Super Roof we are pleased to also introduce the new Louvretec 200 Super Roof Lite. This blade can be used alongside multi-panel Louvretec 200 Super Roof installations where larger spans are not required on all the panels. Shorter spanning roofs do not require the heavy-duty capabilities of a 200 Super Louvretec Roofs, hence the 200 Lite version which provides an economic option in these instances.
The Louvretec 180 Linear Opening Roof design captures and compliments the look of today's modern architecture. This is an update to a 3 stars rating. We agreed on $800 discount + cleaners to come clean the white sealent. Albert, the owner tried his best to make it right. He also promised to improve company practices. Albert had Sam and a team came out to correct the final touches. Which were to adjust the windows and screen door because they were not opening and closing smoothly. WD40 ended up doing the trick.

I had an appointment for today. They were a no show. No call nothing. I waited an hour and called them. The receptionist told me she would find out what happened and call me back. No call back . I called her back finally...a lot of apologies but as I told her if this is how they run their business I will go elsewhere.

This review is about their professionalism not about the product they are using. The roof turned out great but there are definitely room of improvement. We signed a contract with them back in Jun and we opted for permit to ensure everything is done correctly and we understand there would be delay with getting permit approval. I believe they can be better at communicating the delay and the regulation by the city so we can avoid revisions and further delay. Area of improvement can be on the PM side to ensure material is ready and painted for installation so it doesn't feel like doing part of

It was easy to communicate with Sam on yelp, soon as I received the estimate from Elite Exteriors as i compared them with others, it was no brainer the rest of the estimate were too high or simply never got back to us.
The crew arrived as scheduled. Vitality and Oleg the instalers Workmanship along with attention to detail and customer service exceeded my expectation.

Elite installed two beautiful pergolas in our backyard. The whole process was perfect and smooth. It started with a competitive quote and concluded with an installation that was done with great care. I am very picky and the crew paid attention to all the details that matter to me. Sam was available throughout the project and responded promptly to all my questions. In summary, I could not have hoped for a better experience and I recommend Elite for anybody interested in having a beautiful patio cover.

I finally received my deposit check back after posting review on the yelp and without going back-n-forth of what was said and done, I am glad to have received the check back that was postmarked on Jul 7. I just hoped they provided update that we are trying to locate your check and will mail ASAP instead of offering various explanations.
I also got a call from Sam, the owner, who offered explanation as to why they are in business for over 14 years. Sam has been associated with West Coast Exterior for which there are several Yelp reviews (I'm attaching a picture from CSLB website) and I guess

We highly recommend Elite Patio Covers. From start to finish, they were very efficient and professional. Their estimate beat a whole bunch of competitors we got quotes from. They even made adjustments for some fancy things we wanted. Everything was done in a timely manner. The workers built the patio covers in two days. They asked us to check at different stages to make sure it was to our liking. The patio cover looks great. Communication was clear and efficient. We highly recommend this company.
