Vern and his crew are simply awesome. He has a great eye for designing an overhang or free-standing structure now matter the yard size and layout. I started with a grand massive structure in my mind and Vern brought me down to reality and his advice and knowledge were exactly what I needed. I have referred Vern to friends and clients and all have had the same experience.

We had probably 5 quotes and each time we didn’t feel like they knew, or we knew what we we’re talking about. Bottom line we felt uncomfortable pulling the trigger with these other companies. I looked up local patio installers and found New Dawn and Vern. Vern came by and listened to what we envisioned. 30 minutes later and no extra lame sales pitch he gave us a quote that was perfect. We could tell this guy and this company was legit. We asked for the Taj Mahal of patio covers. We’re talking 6 lights, only 2 post on a huge patio, insulated cover, couple plugs, trim kit, fans, the works.

First I will say, Vern and his guys were awesome. Second, If your reading this, just stop and call Vern. He came highly recommended by people I trust and I'm so pleased with my interaction with them that I'm 1000 percent confident in recommending them to you. Vern showed up when he said he would(impressive because I live out in the sticks and no one else ever showed up on time). He was honest, fair and easy to talk to, with a great price. No BS up selling, no trying to get you to buy more then you want. I enjoyed the quote process with Vern.

Vern is a no pressure kind of guy. Loved having him come over and give us the free estimate. The crew did an outstanding job. The tear down of the old patio was awesome. They cleaned up the mess from the tear down and hauled it away. My husband and I love the patios cover. I definitely recommend this company. 5 stars for sure.

Absolutely the best possible experience ever. The owner came out, did the estimate and was great. Price was the best we found, I am very satisfied with the final product and the quality of the material. The installers were efficient, professional and left the Work area spotless when they were done. I'd hire this contractor again in a minute and I recommend New Dawn to all of my friends and family.
