My 76 yr old mother was recently moved in with me. She was so extremely worried about having anyone move her belongings as the last time with a different company was her worst nightmare. This time she could have not been more pleased. The gentleman she had went above and beyond putting her fears and needs first. Chris responded promptly when I requested an estimate. Came out and gave me a very reasonable price. His crew was punctual and respectful. They took their time and didn't damage anything or scuff the walls but, they were able to keep a nice pace. Very impressed. I would hire them again and will recommend them to anybody looking to move.

The team that showed up were extremely efficient and very careful with our things, going so far as to disassemble and reassemble our bed for us as they were concerned about it cracking if they moved it whole. Very friendly and happy to assist with everything we had. Wore masks and were respectful of safety precautions throughout. They estimated 3-4 hours and were done in 2.5, and were fully willing to dump our old couch and a couple large boxes after completion of the job. I recently used Mass Movers for my move from Lansing to Ann Arbor. Chris was very helpful, quick, and the bid ended up being quite accurate without even seeing the move itself. Chris and his crew were very careful with everything I had to move, and made sure everything was properly secured and protected for my move. Having moved around 20 times in my life (I wish I was exaggerating....), Chris and his crew were by far the best I've worked with. I highly recommend Mass Movers for your move.

Wow. That's an outright lie, and it was miserable being canceled on. The move was July 2nd and you told my boyfriend two workers walked off the job two hours before our move time because it was "too hot" and did not offer any help or alternatives. I have call history from the phone number you just shared in a screenshot I'd be happy to attach if you're still having memory issues. You called at 12:23 PM and we were expecting

I hired two movers for two hours. They were hard workers, moved a piano to a third floor apartment, but it was too big of a job for just two guys. Chris tried to get a third mover on the job, but the guy quit that morning. There were a few bumps and a few new scratches on the piano because of it, but nothing too bad. It did, however, turn a two hour move into a three hour move.
I'd go with them again, but I'd recommend having your move totally prepared to avoid lost hours.
