M & M Moving did a remarkable job moving my furniture from Lansing to Grand Rapids in the middle of a blizzard in January. Matt, Mike, and Lonnie took the time to wrap each piece of furniture in moving blankets and completely wrapped in plastic despite what ended up as a very long day. I can't thank M & M enough for a flawless move at a very fair price.

We have utilized M&M multiple times, but after our most recent experience it will absolutely be our last. While no damage was caused to our items, the location we were moving from has damage in addition to the location we moved too. This includes a 2 foot scratch in our brand new floors where the person who scratched it stated he was "working smarter, not harder". When we addressed the scratch with the lead mover (Mike), he said that we needed to take the scratch up with Mark (owner) and he would be calling that day. Mark did not call, and regardless of the multiple voicemails I have left- nobody

M&M Moving And Storage did a great job. They were very careful with my Mom's furniture. I had to move most of my Mom's belongings to a storage unit. So I purchased my own moving blankets. They wrapped and plastic wrapped all the furniture carefully. Both workers were friendly and very professional. They even helped us load our truck with a few items!
When they first came to our apartment, they handed me two packages of M&M's

We made a reservation with M&M Moving to help us with moving our belongings to a new home. When I called to reserve a date and time, the woman I spoke with said that they have two start times--9:00am and 1:00pm. I chose 1:00pm because we had to sign our closing documents at 10:00am, so 9:00am wouldn't work. I made this appointment two months in advance.
Six weeks later, we get a voicemail from M&M saying that they need to move the start time to 9:00am. They said that they wanted to make sure their workers got done at a decent time. Now, we had just moved 7 months ago and the job took 5 hours,

I was going through a stressful time having to put together a move and dealing with health issues. they first met with me and gave me a quote that I found above reasonable. After the move my finale bill was much less then the original quote which I found great. when there was a problem they were quick to responded to me before the move. I found them to be very professional both in person and on there phone calls.

Really such a shame they were not able to be any help when it came to Denver mattress co messing up the delivery address. Really left us stranded in a bad spot. Neither myself nor my old disabled mom have any way to get this mattress to where it needed to go, which is why it was being delivered, they just sent it to the wrong address and then supposedly couldn't help. Even though the other house is only a few miles down the road, and where it was SUPPOSED to go. Would have to say I can't recommend.

Mark and Linda were great to work with and help with everything and answered all my questions. I even had a very last minute change on my moving date and they were able to rearrange there schedule to best accommodate my needs. We had a long 3 hour move and everything went smooth and as expected! I couldn’t be more grateful! The three moving guys were very professional and timely!

I was never left wondering - right from their first onsite inspection to give us a quote to the actual moving day. They called when they were on their way. The invoice was slightly less than the quote! The crew was awesome - kind, respectful and friendly. I have never experiened such a pain-free move! (Well as pain-free as any move can be) I would use them again without hesitation. The one photo is their truck outside our window
