Avoid bringing cars here for oil change. They start digging around and find things to sell. I have never had such experience where I go for oil change and then guys come with additional 100 to 300 worth of work even though my Honda is barely 2 years old, which makes me think that why did I buy Honda when it's needing this much work at such a young age.

Best car buying experience ever! Classic Honda does NOT add a market upcharge like many dealers are doing now. I spent 5 minutes on the phone with Zach Walston who agreed to sell me a brand new 2022 Civic EX for MSRP + 299.00 for window tinting. We drove 5 hours from Houston, and Zach had the paper work done, and the car ready. He came in on his day off, and the deal was finished in 5 minutes. If you live in Plano this is a great place to buy a new car. By the way, Classic Honda is licensed in both OK and TX so they can take care of all the details for either state. This Honda location gets the job done!!! This was the fourth location I have been to to fix a small section of seal on my door. The other places in the Dallas area pretty much told me that I was imagining it or that it was normal road noise. The service team here investigated it and fixed the problem in 30 minutes!!! I wish I lived closer because they gave me such great service and relief from the stressful ordeal.

Took my car in for oil change and service. The price was less than other oil change providers. I compared prices. The service was completed within an hour, even at a busy time of day. All personnel contact was polite, friendly, and professional. The exterior of my car was very dirty when I arrived but it was clean when given back to me. They washed my car! That how to go the extra mile!!

I purchased a New Honda CRV on Saturday, and have to tell you it was the easiest, quickest, and most pleasant experience that I have had. My 2015 Honda Fit had a recall on the paint. I used to live in Ft Worth and used a near by dealership for service. The person in charge of the recall lost my information so it took almost 3 months before I could get my car in to be fixed. I was told I could not get a loaner car while my car was in the shop for about 8 days! I take care of my elderly parents, so that was a huge problem. The customer service there was a joke. Then, about 2 months ago, the paint started peeling off again! However, this time I took my car to the Denison Honda. A man named Steve treated me with respect. I had my car

Best car buying experience ever. My salesman Drew was awesome. He did everything he said he would. No pressure and no hard sale tactics. No games. Zach was the person who helped on the financial end. Again, no pressure. I live about an hour away from the dealership, it was well worth the drive. Next time I need a car, I am going to Classic of Texoma.

I had a great experance bryan hannah was so great with me i have never had anyone treach me with such respect! He was so helpful and Knowledgeable. I was test driving cars with a crying toddler and moving car seats and he was so helpful and understanding. After shoping with different dealerships and talking with 5 sales men(at other dealerships) i left knowing i would always go back to him. After 3 days of driving looking and talking i wanted to look at new not just used and i ened up buying new with debbie but only because of bryan i have my new CR-V and i feel safe with my family riding and driving
