Buyers beware, mechanics charged 3 times to replace the starter. Come to find out it was a loose wire on the starter. If it was a loose wire, why wasn't it tightened during the 3 times the starter was changed???? Ill be helping my friend with a lawyer unless it is made right.

I've bought 2 trucks from kool kars and WAS a loyal customer. When Kim left & Jim and that other guy took over, the whole thing went downhill. They have zero integrity and constantly screw their customers over, even loyal customers that never miss a payment. I hit a deer over a year ago. Jim insisted that I go with his guy to fix it so that I could get the insurance check cashed. He said it would only cost $700, but he kept $1000 of my insurance money. I waited a YEAR for them to fix my truck. A year of my tire hitting my bumper and doing much more damage to the truck. The truck finally broke down

POS management. They coldly fired my sister without warning the Friday before Christmas. If they treat their staff this way, they don’t care about you! If your in the area and need a car, go to Hoyte. I know from experience they care about their staff (Family) and their customers.

Sorry car lot I ever heard. Doing and treating people disrespectful. My family (in-law) is sitting with no vehicle cause of them. Hadn't had car just a few months. One week after they got it it began having problems. My father in law is handicapped. Car lot told them it was a dependable vehicle. NEVER go buy a vehicle from there. Father n law can't get around to go to the doctor. This is disrespectful to customers. All my father n law needs is vehicle replaced and car lot will NOT work with him.

Sorry sorry used car lot the are crooks im handicap wheelchair bound they took our down payment and said he would swear on his mom's good name the car was in great shape 2 days later we had to put a 289.00 fuel pump in it 3 weeks later the front end fell out of it 345.00 more dollars 1 week later the motor goes out and they wont help with nothing so please do your self a favour dont go there there very dishonest pepole also the owner owner also owns carpet one so you might want to keep that in mind when you need carpet to if he would run one crooked business the other could be the same
