First, I have to say that purchasing a new vehicle is not my favorite thing to do. I don't like dealing with pushy or arrogant Sales People.
For the last 2 months I have had the pleasure, yes pleasure, of talking to Lee Hubbard at Classic Toyota. This man gave me his time, knowledge and courtesy that I am not accustomed to with Sales People. Believe me, I took up a lot of his time. Not only did I buy a vehicle from this young man, but I didn't leave the Dealership until he showed me everything on my new vehicle. Classis Toyota, thank you for hiring such a great person. Service is not what it used to be. Had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for a radiator flush and fill, by 4pm vehicle still had not been serviced. Contacted the service dept who said it had not been taken back yet at which point I instructed them to not touch my vehicle that I would come and pick it up. When we arrived we went to get the keys and were told that it was in the service bay and was just finishing up. I'm led to believe that nothing was ever done but to move my car from one spot to another and charging us for the privilege. Never again though, steer clear of Toyota Service.

We used this place during the transition to Eric and had terrible service and started going to McKinney. We decided to give them a try again and the service was none the better. It was easy to get a service appointment, they got to our car for oil change and tire rotation. They told my wife we needed a cabin air filter, which is not true because the filter is less than 3 months old. When the car came home it smelled of hot oil. There was oil all over from sloppy work. They charge "environmental fees" but didn't even use a towel to wipe up the spilled oil. I tried to contact them to complain through

I bought my Tundra in January 2020 and the sales team was excellent. However, I've since had maintenance performed on my truck twice and was very dissatisfied both times.
My first visit for maintenance was back in July on a day when no other customers were there. All I needed this time was a tire rotation and they completed it in about 10 minutes. However, they did not fix the tire pressure after the rotation, so my front tires were over inflated by 3psi and the rear tires (which are the most dangerous to have under inflated) were under inflated by 3psi. The multi point inspection paper I got

RecentlyI brought my truck to your dealership for an oil change. When I arrived at the Service Department I was promptly greeted. The service writer was very friendly and efficient. I was taken to the waiting room and my vehicle immediately disappeared into the service area. It was quickly serviced by the technician and returned to me. My vehicled had been washed and service in less time than I would have spent at the local twenty minute shop. I had to have this dealership pick up my Toyota Tundra for recall work. I'm out of state and cannot get back to take care of it. I don't think they normally do this but it was a recall and the paperwork I received from Toyota offered the service to get the work done. The service department made arrangements for someone to pick up the truck, take it for the recall fix, and return it. They were fantastic from start to finish. I purchased a new Toyota from Classic Toyota in Dec 2019. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a Vehicle.. EVER !. I have traded-in and purchased personal vehicles for over 20 yrs. This was by far the most painless experience I have ever had. It helps to know exactly what you want ie: (vehicle, color, trim) etc. I drove over 325 miles to come out and purchase this vehicle.
