The staff is very helpful and passionate about assisting people with hearing loss. They are also very generous to the hearing impaired community with their donations and services. They help us answer any questions that we may have and make sure that we leave satisfied.
One thing to note is that their operating hours have been inconsistent, and it would be good if they could post updated hours on their website, or inform customers when they are going to be unavailable. Just make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment and I'm sure that will provide you will excellent service.

I LOVE Gwen!!! She has been amazing to me She has helped me with fitting me with one of their best hearing aids they are selling right now did you know they Bluetooth to your phone !!! How amazing I can talk on my phone I can hear people at my Job I feel amazing and confident !! I love the hearing aids they are small no one can see them it’s not noticeable at all it if you are thinking about coming here I would 100% recommend being fitted by Gwen her coworkers are amazing and everyone is so friendly and helpful and they clean my hearing aids for me if I needed them clean the whole environment
