Unlike the big box industry leader companies, we have higher standards when it comes to our installers; we will never hire installer without at least 3 years of experience; for proper communication with our customers, proficient in English is a must.

Fence installed, but not the way I wanted it to be. I was told a new gate and fence would be installed without having to pay additional. I expressed safety concerns when they came to "fix" the problem. They never changed the fence as I was told. Instead, they placed a new lock on the fence, which was not what I wanted from the start. - Not a happy customer.

Torrance Fence Company lived up to all the 5 star reviews with the installation of my driveway and backyard vinyl fence. Initially told by Gago it would take two days, but the crew of two installers were able to get the job done in one day. Sorry forgot the name of the installation crew, but they were very polite answering my questions, organized and efficient with setup and installation. When the job was done they did a excellent site cleanup. Also, want to gibe a shout out to the ladies who manned the office phone who always where polite and answered my questions. Met with Gary, he gave us an estimate after scheduling the quote 1.5 month, then after we enrolled into system and signed contract, we never hear them anymore, we had been hanging there for over 2-3 months, it made us feel been fooled and wasted our life. Called them they transferred us to waiting mode, emailed them, same , no response. No trustful company, for those who got their service, it might be your luck to have their service. But I will never come back to them.

I dealt with Gago his crew installed 2 gates on my property the most important part of this whole deal are the people who work on your property they are the kindest most courteous clean respectful you will ever meet they do their job to the perfection I cannot speak highly enough if you need gate or fence call them you will get the best service ever.

Our job was tiny... TINY, yet we were treated as if we were the biggest job ever. Gago saw a teensy patch of new cement behind a tiny beach house and created secure, useful and lovely extra space which will last forever! The suggestion of the wood texture finish made a huge difference, too. Creativity came into play due to an uneven surface, funky side wall and going around utility boxes. Our neighbors thanked us!

Had a side fence installed and I am so pleased with the results. I originally got 5 quotes from 5 different companies in Los Angeles. Torrance Fence was actually the cheapest quote and I typically do not go with the cheapest, but their estimate was thorough and detailed. It took me about 8 months to finally commit and they honored the original estimate. 2 guys arrived and they completed the removal of the previous fence and install of the new fence within 3 hours. No scratches or dents, level and straight.

Gary and the entire team were excellent to work with. They helped execute the modern fence design as we envisioned and we could not be happier with the end result. It was the first cable wire/vinyl/tiger wood fence put up by their company in a 'front yard' and we are glad to have been a part of it. In addition, we now have even more storage space! I'm not gonna lie, they can be a little hard to get a hold of but the trouble is worth it. Based on their reviews I didn't even shop around. I talked to the office and they were up front and clear that they are very busy and it would take 7-8 weeks to get a new fence. They sent a preliminary sales guy out to see what we wanted and to offer an estimate. He was helpful in making suggestions and not over promising. I needed some new side gates to replace my old, wood ones that have been there for over 40yrs. I had already 2 quotes, but Gary Babayan offered me a great quote for 2 vinyl ones that are perfect. They also have a strong lock which my old ones never had. Although it took them awhile to install because of the covid crisis that was just starting, they did an incredible job. I love the height and privacy I have now. I highly recommend these guys for all your fencing needs.

I was looking for a quote but, I was informed that they don't service Gardena area, but when I look at their reviews, they have someone from Gardena that gave them a review??
But they can go all the way to HB and SD?? While Torrance and Gardena are basically neighbors?? less 13 miles from their location??? Just doesn't make sense.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough. It's a family owned business and they do a great job looking after the customer. I had a fence installed just before the quarantine happened but shortly after realized I needed help welding a bracket to make my gate opener work (which I voluntarily choose to take on myself). They were very communicative throughout the quarantine period as they were trying to find a window where they could go back to work and do this for me. Gary came to our home to do detailed measurements and help me pick out my ideal white picket fence. we went with vinyl instead of wood due to it being low maintenance. they were also the most reasonably priced out of several estimates. within a few weeks the team started on our fence and was done in 2 days. I could not imagine having a better experience or a more beautiful fence with anyone else. we definitely have the best looking fence in the neighborhood. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a fence.
