The project manager, at Westcoast, very responsive to my questions and seemed to have an approach to resolve the issues. A previous company left me with detective work to figure out the frequency issues. I appreciate their thoroughness in sharing the overall condition of the gate operation. The test will come with continued trouble-free operation with no frequency issues over the next week and beyond. 🙏🏽

I had an emergency repair need on our electric gate at front of house. Westcoast scheduled an appointment for a technician to be at our home between 8:30am - 12:30 pm the next day. The technician called that morning to say he'd arrive closer to 12:00. He never showed up and never called to update us on why he was running so late. At 2:00 pm, we called asking where he was. Their dispatch person said she'd reach him immediately to get status, but assured me he'd be at our house "at some time" that day. She said she'd call me right back, but didn't. The technician , Jimmy, assessed our problem involving the gate opening without our permission when someone buzzed the intercom. He rewired the intercom to become a dedicated phone line and solved the problem. A pleasure to deal with. Initial estimate predicted much more work but owner Bob Flecken was accessible and resolved the final bill to a fair charge that reflected the actual work performed. We highly recommend the company , Jimmy, and owner.

I called Westcoast Gate to install a new slide gate operator. Through discussion on the phone I was given a quote that was nearly half the price of another quote I received. Frank and Nell were the technicians that installed our new operator, they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of their work. I highly recommend them for your gate operator needs.

I have a wrought iron driveway gate that didn't close properly and was bent in the middle as someone (me) backed into it with our travel trailer. The 2 man team came out (10 minutes early :) ) and made extensive repairs.The gate works perfectly. The technicians were friendly, professional, efficient and knew what they were doing. The gate works perfectly now! I would not hesitate to use Westcoast Gate and Entry Systems again!
