I was a first-time customer, and Ayoub N&H did an outstanding job cleaning my area rugs and carpets. I was skeptical since I had never used their service, and I was basing my decision on their rating from customer reviews. I had a terrible experience with another local cleaning service I hired based on rating earlier in the month, so I was nervous, but I’m glad I used their service. They genuinely deserve their rating. On the day of the service, two guys came and gave me a full consultation for my area rugs and wall-to-wall carpet, along with cleaning options. They took their time to clean properly

The team at Ayoub N&H did an unbelievable job. Our puppy had an accident (the brown kind) after I gave her steak gristle and leaving her alone for a couple of hours. Ayoub was able to get the stain completely out of our expensive RH wool rug which was no easy task. We also had them do a cleaning of our velvet chairs and RH cloud couch when we moved which I was very satisfied with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ayoub N&H did an outstanding job cleaning my rugs and carpets. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. They picked up my rugs and delivered them when they said they would and kept me informed of the progress along the way. Their pick up and delivery teams were courteous and professional. I have used Ayoub three times -- twice to install an engineered floating floor and another time for a carpet cleaning to remove pet stains and odors. For all the projects, the staff on the phone, installers, and cleaners were polite, professional, and prompt. Their flooring installation was fantastic and competitively priced. For the carpet cleaning, the lead worker explained everything they were doing and managed my expectations well. I will always turn to Ayoub first for my flooring needs.

I was a first-time customer & was super impressed throughout the process! Their customer communication is better than any other service contractor I've ever used, regardless of industry. I was kept informed via text & email every step of the way. And they did a fabulous job in cleaning my 50 year old Turkish rug! It looks great! Pricing was very reasonable & included pickup/delivery. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Ayoub N&H and will be referring friends & family.
