Sam is such a great guy! I love his kind, patient, and caring personality. He went out of his way to help me when I needed him. Even though his store was supposed to be closed, he stayed open for me and took measurements for my carpet installation and bathroom tile installation, even though I arrived late to his shop. I told him how bad I felt for keeping him open and he responded by expressing how grateful he was to do business with me because I was helping him pay his bills.

We reached out to Sam to have a carpet runner installed for our hardwood stairs and had a positive experience from start to finish! I reached out to Sam after receiving his contact information through a business referral and he responded back to me within a timely manner and was at our house within the next week with several different carpet samples for us to see and feel. He completed the measurements himself and kept us posted throughout the progress, from ordering, binding, and scheduling time for the installation.

Sam has done a lot of work for me. He painted out and fixed my deck. He took care of the railings inside the house that broke on the 4th floor. He replaced the downstairs 1st floor wood floor with tile. I also had him redo the 3rd floor bathrooms. Had a few hiccups with one of the screen door and garage door going into the house. He lost the key to the house, but he fixed all of those issues.
I believe him to be a good man with a fair price. Just ensure you are complete my clear about everything upfront before the work starts as Sam tries to live by what is agreed to. All my fellow homeowners

Speedy service as a sub-contractor of Costco. Had to return to restretch the carpet. All 1100sqft bubbled within days. Installers blamed the high-end carpet. They used a power stretcher and now it looks great. Quite a few floor tacks and staples left behind to be found by my and my children's bare feet.

Sam's did a carpet installation in our recreation room. The installers were so courteous and the installation was perfect. One closet revealed mold damage when the old carpet was removed so I asked them not to install the new carpet there. They rolled the extra carpet and padding for storage until I could get the damage fixed. 4 months later the damage was repaired and I called them to come back and install the closet carpet. It was promptly scheduled, and again the installers were so courteous and did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up. I can recommend them highly for carpet

I do not recommend this place at all. We tried to hire them for a large hardwood and carpeting project in our home. After our initial visit to his store, we had one of his associates come out to measure our entire house. He asked us to come back to his store 5 days later to get our quote. When we showed up, they were having issues with their phone lines and he made is wait for well over an hour while he was on the phone with Verizon. After waiting, he comes by to tell us that the quote was not ready and that if we could wait 2 more days. We did, and when we called back he said the quote wasn&apos

I called Sam's based on a review in Yelp, and facing a similar situation. Our shower on the second floor had been leaking over the years and the plywood sub-floor needed to be replaced. The existing floor was ceramic, and the old shower needed to go as well. Sam came over, gave us a fair quote, and we scheduled the work. The water damage was more extensive than we thought, and some of the wall needed replacing. Sam honored the original quote and the work proceeded. Our bathroom is now finished and looks wonderful! The ceramic tile work is beautiful and the new frameless shower is gorgeous

Sam's did a great job on two of my bathrooms. They had the lowest estimate (a lot lower than some) and included a ton of work. They took out the old ceramic tile in both bathrooms, repaired the subfloors, updated the plumbing, installed a custom tiled shower pan in my masterbath, installed new cement board, installed new travertine/glass/porcelain tile in both bathroom floors and shower walls as well as installed new vanities.
