I have been calling on Quality Appliance Repair since at least 2016, maybe back to 2012. My Maytag washer and dryer were manufactured in 1976 and I bought them at a garage sale in 1996. They are "Old Reliable" to be sure, but even a Maytag of that era does require a little help now and then from a repair man. Mark of Quality Appliance has made a few visits over the years to keep my dryer running, each visit to repair something different on the machine, never to fix the same problem again. He just left my home after working on the washer for the first time since I bought it 25 years ago.

I gave this business a chance not knowing anything about it other than reviews, after I called several other known businesses and no response back about my broken dryer. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Great customer service. I will definitely call again with any future issues.

After leaving my original review the company called and apologized for the inconvenience of leaving me stranded. They then offered and came out on a day that they are usually closed to make the repair. This did help make up for the lack of communication and professionalism previously. Repair was made quickly and efficiently. It’s nice to have my dishwasher working again.

It was a pleasure working with Mark. Our dryer died on us last weekend and I setup an appointment last Monday. Due to high demand he wasn't able to come out until this week. I was understanding of that due to covid times and the fact that this is a small business. Mark called me pretty early today on his way over. He arrived almost exactly when he estimated he would be here. He was quick, professional, and thorough. You can tell this guy knows his stuff. He was able to identify the issue within minutes and even suggested some extra preventative maintenance that would have netted him an extra service

No need to call anyone else. They ask you for your appliance model number, so they do all of their homework up front. That results in a quick diagnosis and fix. Mark is very friendly and professional. Unlike other repair shops, their office phone has the most availability and callbacks that I have encountered.

I give one star because there isn't a zero star. Use this guy and his company only if you are willing to work around his personal schedule. I called and the soonest they said he could get out was the next day in the afternoon but of course couldn't give me a time. He called on his way out and left a message which didn't show up on my phone. At the time, I was at school picking up kids, less than 5 minutes from my house. He comes to my house, finds no one home, and leaves. Doesn't try to call me again to see what's going on, if he's at the right house, etc. The bottom line is he didn't want to find
