I cannot in good conscious recommend this place to anybody. Scheduled an appointment for 2:30 in the afternoon. Even call at 2 PM to confirm 230. While I understand that the service business can have hiccups and delays and appointment time may not be right on time or may need to be pushed back however what is very rude is the fact that I received no call from this company. 230 came and went And received no call from this company stating they would not be there or they would be late. Call and was told by the person on the phone that he will try and get a hold of the technician. Well he flat out

Darryl arrived at exactly 9:51:46 I said hello, he was very short and unfriendly, said he had just come from his home to my house which is 28 minutes away.
I told him I had run a multi-meter and thought it was the Thermal Fuse.
