Last year my belt on my dryer broke. Service Brothers came out and replaced it. Then a year later it fell off. I called they came and put it on and charged me again. Not even trying to see why it fell off. Not a month later it fell off again and now since it is 5 days over their service warrantee they want to charge me again. and the man i talked to about was very rude about it. I will never use this company again.
After calling a different company to look at my dryer I find out that Service brothers originally installed a Whirlpool belt on my GE dryer hence is why the belt keeps falling off.

Aside from a minor misunderstanding about scheduling, I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Tim came out and diagnosed a non-working ice maker in our 7-year-old Kenmore (LG) fridge/freezer as a frozen inlet line on the ice maker. A couple of minutes with his steamer had us up and running again. Thanks, Tim!
Very professional and at a reasonable cost.

The guy who came out to fix my fridge called before coming to give me a heads up as he was on his way, I believe his name was CJ. Once he got here he quickly figured out the issue. After calling about the part and how costly it might be, my husband and I decided not to put money into an older model. CJ was very helpful in telling us what brands to avoid and overall was very helpful. We will be recommending you to everyone we know:) Great service.

The first two times I had them come out to repair my fridge and dryer, it was excellent service. When I had them come out again for my dryer, they fixed the fuse and it went out again after the first use when putting it on for 90 mins. The service guy came back out and fixed the fuse and said they were going to order a part to control the temperature. After 2 weeks passed, I had not heard back from them and they said, "They forgot to order the part and they would order the part." 2 more weeks passed and tried to call them, and they never returned my call or text me back. So, they never replaced

Spoke with them for a few minutes, and after researching on my own, they confirmed my appliance is doomed. Kindly enough they informed of brands they seem to have to work on the most. I found this most helpful. Thx guys! (This is a edit of a 4-star review in which Service Brothers gave a quick response too. Hard to find great shops like these guys!)
